Have allso read that the new GTR-Proto-4x4(Skyline)will have same and be a TT,and some months back got wiff of a rumour in SportZ mag,when a certain Nissan designer/engineer was tracked down that the 350Z may allso eventualy get 2 tubs and bigger motor,all adds up realy. Tony

Heard this news at work today,had wonderd why he has not been on the Rally scene,real shame.My brother in law went the same way at same age,strange that the mind seems to block things after a while and push all the nasty memories back to some dark area of the brain,after hearing about Richard brought it all back. Hi ya mate.Its fairly straight forward,the biggest pain is the four bolts holding it on,take for ever to unwind and there loctited of sorts,you will need plenty of muscle to first get them to snap free,they will need to be torqued up after,if go wrong or something amiss happens give us a ring,i take it you have a replacement body. Nice one Pete,yes me done Donington as they say,Caterhams,Vectra BTC,some great corners,technical too,remember once spending 9 hours there,drove home at 50mph totaly knackerd,mentaly and physicaly,i slept for ten hours when got home :D Would be great to do it again,maybe an event organiser on here could look into this ;) PS You had the engine and other stuff sorted now mate! This looks neat and tidy,would prob look good too with a chrome canister cover(place in USA does them)or the fin type canister cooler cover. Tony :)

Tomei are a big JDM outfit,they make special cams for all types of Jap motors,including Skylines,they run a R34 GTR in Japan with 8.5 sec 1/4mile,they allso make AFM,Clocks,etc,so what you have there is an exhaust system made for them,but will be"JASMA" approved for the JDM market,very rare system. :) Tony

Saturday,around 5.30pm duel carriageway,A5 near Nuneaton area,had wide arch,aftermarket rear spoiler and front,i think!,aftermarket alloys too,i did flash coming otherway but was doing a ton myself!,nice looking Z who ever it was :cool: Tony
