Mine had like a slight hissing air leak noise comming from near the diff, asked about it on here and they said it was the fuel pump and that the noise was normal.

I think its between 14 and 15 psi on stock tubs and injectors, the condition of your engine will play a big part too.

If I had to get a practical car again, i would definatly have another.

I used to own a legnum vr4 type s manual, very very fast car with absolutely no lag, great 4 wheel drive system, will put power to the wheel that needs it most, the same as an evo, think they are better looking than the stagea, especially when modified.

What sort of performance benifits should I be seeing with this set up?

I paid £2750 for an already forged engine inc JWT 530bb tubs, nismo 555 injectors, 5 bolt down pipes, rps clutch, lightened flywheel, lightened balanced pulleys, wiesco pistons and all pipes, gaskets, belts etc replaced, I paid a £1000 labour. Chris from Z Tech is doing all the work, it has worked out a lot cheaper this way as it would of come to big bucks. Should be getting it back next week, Cant wait.

What would happen if I were to push it, just out of curiosity?

I will be getting my car back soon from Z Tech who is installing a new engine, all parts are being upgraded eg turbos, injectors etc, so their will be a lot more power than stock, I can not yet afford upgraded smic's, will it be ok to drive the car with stock ic's as long as I take it easy?
