I'll try and help if poss but it should be noted I'm not an expert so you may want to double check what I'm telling you...
so 200 to 205 is right on the end of where the car should be... I believe that the Stock Thermostat opens at around 76 deg C, If you put a thermostat in that is opening at a lower temp then all you'll do is prolong how long the car takes to warm up it will not minimise your top end temperature... What you need to do is get yourself a decent aftermarket Rad with a bigger capacity and cooling surface like a Koyo...
Like I say this is what I think you need to do but someone will correct me if I'm wrong...
