I refitted them all again today, after ripping it all out, including DVD player and seperate screen to find my non-start problem.. All back in, and more importantly, the car still starts lol :dance: PHEW!! :)

It turned out to be in the tank.. Accessed through the inspection hatch in the boot.

Quite shocking to see that copper getting a kicking :( I wonder how he became so seperated from his unit :confused:

just removed my fan to retrieve a dropped bolt that wedged itself behind a pulley for fvck sake :rant: I removed the fan, but didn't note it's position.. Do the fans have to line up to a mark or similar, or just bolt back on ? Thanks..

I know Vern.. That's why I never tried starting the car all day, I constantly kept getting 0.03/0.04 I even bought a new multimeter yesterday, as the old one went funny (adding a tenth of a voltage every couple of seconds, so I binned it). But when she fired I immediately tested the PTU input, and it was the same 0.03v :confused:
