Yeah it does! And some people don't! As i found out when i had my last service done and my mech found that the back 2 had not been changed as often as the front 4! :rant:

What do you mean ? Are there torque settings for the bolts??

Yes torque settings. Dont just tighten them or youl risk cracking the thread part, easily done i recon.

you can just refit the O rings but they are often brittle and could do with replacing !

 

just dont overtighten the bolts and nuts !

If your O rings are good, you can just run a little red (semi hardening gasket in a tube)round the edges to make sure you have a good seal.

Cool, going to sand blast and paint the windsreen wipers / window trims so might blast and polish the balance bar whilst i'm there :D
