  2. Not being a member , I can`t see it !
  3. I`ve been passing the time looking at XJR 6-cylinders around £3000 and upward on The Autotrader site . That`s exactly the way I ended up with this car...and the one before that :mac1: I`ve had Jags before , but never a supercharged XJR . Has anyone else driven one ? Any other thoughts on them ? BTW , Old Zed , what does the Nicosil problem mean ? Cheers
  4.
  5. Ohhhh , yesssss ! :nana2: :nana2: :nana2:

Watch daytime tv...it will seem like time has stood still , and you are trapped in a very bad place

  12. Really glad about that , mate . Big difference between needing a new engine and re-seating a coil pack ! Sometimes those last-minute efforts make a world of difference , eh ? Happy for ya , considering your previous probs :hyper:

  17. Welcome to the club , mate . :)
  18. Unfortunately I`m not able to help you there , but in the mornin` watch out for all the advice LOL . In the meantime , click on " Search " at the top right of the page . Good luck , bud . :)
  19. Thanks , Dave . I`d already swapped a lot of connections about , so the Sky router is , basically , the only one that can`t be switched off by an "Off " button , if you know what I mean . So I`m assuming they don`t use much power when not active ? BTW my electricity bills are paid by my employer , so saving money isn`t the issue . Just being kinda green . And running a Zed , which I rarely drive....go figure !
  20. Good luck with it...sounds like you know a decent car :p
  21. Welcome , mate :hyper:
  22. I moved over to SkyTalk ( easy ) , and Broadband ( a long process , due to probs with their equipment at the exchange ) , but , after about 5 weeks , sorted the other day , and happy with it ...seems to be " on " all the time whereas with Tiscali Broadband I always got a Dial-up box onscreen . Must be that Local Area Connection malarkey . Still , in my efforts to save Planet Earth , I switch the power off when I`m not online otherwise the Skybox seems to be , like I said , always connected . Any readers who have managed to stay awake through this post may spot the fact that I`m not a techie :p
  23. Stop me , I musn`t .
  24. I`m with ChrisC...Falken 452`s . Mind you I`ve never really put them to the test .
  25. Dave , I have the Sport and Movie packages , which I think are expensive enough without paying £10 pm to get a clearer bloody picture ! Maybe one day HD will be free , it happened to Eastern Europe ! ( OK , bad analogy , HD is much more important :p ) Just a joke , our new Eastern Europian friends , many of whom work very hard round here . :p
