With my Zed's impending visit to the body-shop later this month, I am toying with a couple of small visual changes.... One being the wheels.

Could someone please have a go at photo-shopping the centre spokes of my wheels to gloss black? I want to retain the polished rims though..... Thanks!

Thanks Si - I kind of concur, seeing as I prefer "normal" silver wheels.... I'm just thinking out loud at the moment...

I was considering doing the moustache gloss black - along with the front and rear roof bars - so wondered about having the wheels painted to match.

Give me (edit tomorrow :|), though black is an absolute a$$ to photoshop from polished so do not expect brilliant results.

I'd say leave them as they are, just get them blasted and powder coated silver. It'll be a much sharper image.

Go for it Richard, personally i always think black wheels give an aggressive look but don't go black, happy medium for me - you've seen my evoque wheels...get them done the same or very similar :cool3:.

To me black wheels just look like wheels that need a good clean Richard. Keep them silver imo.

Yep i have to agree with this..

They don't look bad black, better than I thought they would, but it's another vote for silver from me.

That's just what I am thinking - they don't look bad at all; but after cleaning the Zed today, plain silver looks just right...

If you paint your wheels black I’m leaving the club and joining a club for country dancing.

PMSL - and at your black wheels photoshop....

But this thread has served its purpose. I got to see how they might look in black - and hear everyone else's thoughts - and it helped me reach a decision....

......Pink wheels it is....

....Joking - I'll be sticking with silver....
