A few weeks ago I mentioned that zebedee had been in front of the camera. Well this is the video created by a guy called Joe , aka The Cleaning Guru.

He contacted me to see if I was interested in letting him detail my car using Dodo Juices Purple Haze carnauba wax in return for letting him film the job for his you tube channel. Well he turned up and spent over 6 hours cleaning and filming the whole process. Neadless to say he did a brilliant job and the products worked really well so if you are in any doubt as to why detailers go through so many stages to get a vehicle looking top notch then here's the evidence.

Are you sure its the only Version R imported to the UK?

Amazing result. I don't think power washers are a great idea for these cars though, too easy to cause leaks or tear the stripe tape.

From what I've read here there's also a '97 version R (completely different) and possibly another on the way.

It is the only twin turbo version R in the country to my knowledge.

Dutch gold has a version R but it's an NA.

Slightly lower spec ie I don't believe it got the 99 spec bumper or headlights. I need to dig my sales brochure out to be sure.

Slicktop, 2+0 or 2+2, and standard seats with different trim. Again there were early and late versions, but I don't think there were any other major differences from the 300ZX spec.

 

In the final edition, the other specs were LWB only, so that's the biggest difference.

Its a 2.5" SSD which is laptop sized, Desktop drives are (or used to be) 3.5". But as someone else said, I think its in a holder to make it an external hard drive.

2.5" are also used in desktops for ssds, but they are the same size in laptops so I suppose he could replace his hdd from the laptop, But yeah, it's probably for an external storage medium.

 

(The 3.5" drives are for hard drives usually)
