I really don't get why people change the wheel. The series 1 wheel is a good looking, simple and classic design. Very few aftermarket wheels look at home, infact I can't think of any. They normally look too modern or too old.

I agree - I prefer the OEM '89 spec...... Although that Momo Millennium does look good....

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

Brand new Nardi Torino. This wheel has been out of production for some 15 years - this one (one of one), came from some Bankrupt stock in Italy. Very lucky to come across it! I'm not fussed with any of the newer style Momo wheels to be honest, I find them either cheesy, or they just don't suit the car. I love the 90's Momo / Nardi / Italvolani steering wheels.

I prefer that Momo wheel - that's a seriously rare and very cool wheel! Surprised you took it off!

Same fitted to mine, went for the red stitch to tie in with the gear knob and dial needles, looks right at home IMHO.

I'll be fitting the Momo Race or the Isotta Evoluzione (both leather). More that likely will be the Race though

Still not seen an aftermarket that I like so be honest. I agree nothing else seems to match the interior as much as the OEM. and obviously this is my new one...

For God's sake, fit that Momo one. The Isotta wheel looks dreadful. Looks like it came out of some Spaxo. Cheap shitty Maxypoop wheel!

I had the Race, it looks far more purposeful.

It's just another way that highlights how modifying a zed is tricky, I think cars such as skylines are far more forgiving when it comes to mod choices, the zed however is just hard to get right.

Calm down, calm down, I will be fitting the Momo Si, need to refurb them up a bit first though, the Isotta was brand new and was only going on temporarily until I could get a good Momo.:tt2:

It's too easy to get you to bite:laugh::tt2:

Isotta Zulag, looks nice but not as thick in the hands as the momo millenium or the OEM

I'm not sure what mine is but it's MOMO and tiny, 12.5" in diameter

I must admit I wasnt fussed on the OEM wheel until Simon recovered mine, but I love it now
