Slightly jumping the gun, however I've sent the mail today to start organisation for our club stand at the event. It's on the 2nd of August and the link is here;

Same price as always at a very reasonable £10 for access to the motor museum and grounds. The event will encompass a few zclubs and is always a good turnout normally over 30 cars and z32s are not a massive minority. If the demand is there a pre event cruise to the venue will be organised. Bear with me details will start coming through in more concrete form, at which point il be asking for names, is a very casual family event though and tickets are usually available on entry for the commitment phobic.

Entrance is slightly earlier than last year at 9am. If you wish to travel the last few miles in convoy like previous years. The rally point is as follows, please be there at 8 with the intention to be leaving around half past to quarter too.

Weather's looking very good for Sunday! Mid 20s and sunny....actually, just like last year!

 

I'm almost all ready. The Z is in for an alignment on Saturday morning. Aim to be at Tesco for 8! Need to buy some Meguire's Quick Detailer!!!

Hopefully I'll get to clean my Zed Saturday morning. To be fair, it's not dirty enough that I couldn't just go round with detailing spray; but I'd like to do it properly!

Mine will get the full treatment Saturday inside and out

I'm working Saturday so might take it with me and see if I can talk our valeting guy into doing it, if not It'll probably be dirty lol...

Mine has two choices right now. Work or be clean. I'm going to choose working lol.

I won't be there I'm afraid as the car went in for a new clutch and we have found a few other things that needed doing and couldn't get the parts in time will try to get down to meet you all if not have a great day guys and gals

Early start for me with a 4:45 departure to get to the first rendezvous point at Fleet services. It'll be one of the very few occasions that I make good use of the fact I have a 2+2.

Absolutely brilliant day! It was really nice to catch up with everyone. Great relaxed atmosphere, shame about the length of time to get in, as we were parked in a "holding" car park for what seemed like eternity. Then had a few clutch issues on the crawl into the venue arena.

 

Thanks to Si, for polishing off the scuff marks on my rear bumper. You did a grand job sir.:flowers:

 

Also a massive well done to JOELP for coming second in the competition, don't what glasses the judges were wearing but the GTO was not a patch on your car buddy!
