  • We did a video earlier this week, the Z hasn't been out the garage since July 2020. So happy for this, this is miles away from professional video, and the guy who helped me with the drone and editing,

Today nothing, but I did take the Zed out for a little drive the other day - and stopped for a couple of pics. Any excuse 😉

What a terrible garage lol. Looks more like what you'd want for storage rather than a car. What's the distance on the sides like?

The sides have a lot of space, about 1.5m each side but there is a tool draw on one side. It used to be longer but a wall was put in for insulation, little did they know i had to fit a nearly 5m long car in it!

To this!

Is your paint pearl white or is it a cream colour? in some of the pictures it looks cream?

Cripes, not sure I like the idea of having to strip the front bumper down every time to get the car in the garage, you'll have to get yourself a quick release kit!

I finally found the time to get mine out of the garage the last couple of days to refit my front end; bonnet, wings, bumper and mirror shells. I also fitted some "as new" dual tone Bosch horns from a 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I won on eBay for £8 [emoji106]

I annoy myself at times because everything I do takes sooo bloody long! Im a competent mechanic and have a decent selection of tooling, it's just that I'm annoyingly anal with everything I install or work on, fortunately I don't charge myself for labour!

Now tucked back in my (also small) garage for a few days until I can (hopefully) finish it off.

I'll be keeping the bumper off for the winter while i prep it for paint, to its not a big deal really.

Got my new gauges in post this morning. Boost controller, Oil temp & presure. Now have to find the time to fit them not a five minute job.

I backed into a pile of dogshit! Why is it so hard to pick up your dogs droppings? And especially so when you let your dog take a shit in someone else's driveway?!

Something much more subtle than that, young man :thumbup1:

Got home about 30 minutes ago so I'll get some nice pictures in the morning of mine and Andy's brainchild...

Just payd out for a personalised no plate for the zed and got it nice and cheap (-2edx)

I brought mine out of the garage and popped into High Wycombe for fuel - Shell UL is only £1.04per litre there.......

.......But since Julia is going out for the day, I have decided to wash it and add another coat of Beading Marvellous wax......

And as it's going to be dry here for the next few days, I think I'll enjoy using the Zed as daily transport for a bit:wink:

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

Went to cars and coffee with the Z looking just about its best, then had some fun making noise in a car park after lunch.

How cheap is cheap if you don't mind me asking. I've just got one as well.
