  • We did a video earlier this week, the Z hasn't been out the garage since July 2020. So happy for this, this is miles away from professional video, and the guy who helped me with the drone and editing,

Today nothing, but I did take the Zed out for a little drive the other day - and stopped for a couple of pics. Any excuse 😉

Ime on the lookout for a nice mitsubishi delica space gear At the moment Gary so what i do next to the zed depends on what i spend on the 4x4....later next year i want to drive to North Norway to catch the Northern lights and these babys enable the seats to fold into a double bed:yes:

Today - fitted different rear lights. Thanks to Andy for the amazing refurb on them! They look better than the photo suggests.

Tomorrow will be rear wheel spacers.

what spoiler is this buddy its what ive been looking for (in my head lol)

I haven't a clue - will have to take a look at it and see if there are any markings on it. I have seen it on a few other Zed's - I wonder if anyone on here knows the make?

Greg

Getting there ain't it Greg. I do like that spoiler but I've still not warmed to the side skirts... Lol maybe the spacer will help.

Loving that comment Greg and great to see them on the car, for everyone these were the first I did with the matching clear diffuser, ie NOT the commonly used prismatic type.

Just need your reverse light panel doing now to match :cool3:.

And as for the spacers - what have you got 50mm .

I have some 25mm H&R's, and some extra 10mm ones if they are needed. I also have another set of alloys with slightly different offset if needs be. I want to get the look right. The difference is about 30mm measured with a simple ruler (uncalibrated mind!) but it is about how it looks in the flesh. Just hoping the rain stays away tomorrow!

Reverse panel will be on next years list once I have sorted out the bonnet and the aerial.

Also, the veilside rear bumper is in the paint shop being primed ready for painting. That's something to fit in January. It will make the side skirts blend in more. I have tried to get a Hiro rear bumper to match the side skirts but they are so difficult to get from Japan..

Thank You lads , yeah Christmas day in the morning I had to give lift to my missy to work and tell You what London was so empty I had to take couple pics .And idea of 300zx meeting next year same time is great as long as weather will be good .Good X mas and Happy New Year everyone

Awesome idea, the London thing! Thanks for sharing. It's been years since I spent Christmas in London, my parents are originally from there (although Mum's side, not even British), is The City really that deserted on Christmas Day?

it is :) I wash shocked almost no people and no cars nothing just empty city :)

No one really lives in the square mile do they. So if the shops are closed there's no reason to go there.

Seconded!! London is great when there is no-one around - but it is rarely that way!! As Steve says, the Square Mile of the City has hardly any residents or shops (certainly none that would be open on Christmas Morning!!), so I'd expect it to be deserted..... Which makes for a great photo opportunity:biggrin:

I was in London yesterday too - although not in the centre; and not in my ZX....

Richard:cool:

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:
