Sat thinking just now, I've had mine 5 years this summer. Probably the longest I've ever kept a car. How time flies! Apart from the misshap with a piston shortly after purchase, this car has been the most reliable I've had.

Just wondering how long people have had their current Z for?

I had the grey one for just under 2 years and was reliable as anything! I did convert it to a manual but there was nothin wrong with the autobox in the car so I sold it on! Lol my new one I have had for 2 months or so!

Just had a look at the sale invoice and I bought mine 4-11-97. So 12 yrs and 3 months, it was a fresh import and cost £9000. Worth every penny.

I've had my blue one since the beginning of August 2009. But previously I had my red one for over 6 years.

I have to agree with Si's reliability comment too; apart from the PTU going bad within days of buying the red one, and the auto 'box needing a rebuild at around 90k miles, nothing else went wrong with it!

There are a few around who will have had their cars longer than me - look in the membership list and work out who's still here. It was my everyday car for 6 years, but it's not been used nearly as much since then.

Had mine for over 5 years.

though a year and a half of that was spent welding up the bodywork

Bought my silver one in march last year, intending to revive it, but decided to buy the red one last august. So a combined return to Z ownership just coming upto a year now, but had two before these.

You've had to spend a long time chiseling off that horrific front bumper that Craig fitted though. So hardly surprising. ;)

Fook Yoooooooooooo:lol::ninja:

6 years and 4 months, but currently taking to pieces :crying:

But I have just bought another 1 :innocent:.
