Hi, if you know a thing or two about car audio, can you advise me what type of wire needs to go to a speaker, should it be nice and thick. However if it was thin would this impair performance and if so how. Cheers rich

Following on from the poly bush debate, I'm now not sure what suspension set up I should go for, I was going to poly bush, replace all the arms and stuff and get some coil-overs, but I don't want to trash the ride, I like my comfort nowadays. Do people have and suggestions of a good everyday road set up for the z??

Im keeping the colour of this car in this red.wasnt a great lover of red to be honest.but since owning one feels like it suits the shortie. That said i also like the large chrome dish parts of the weels but not to keen on the suitle brushed steel look in the back and center of the wheels. Might paint black or? Deff not white.what u say.

Thanks to Noz for mapping my car yesterday. It's fairly standard except for an Apexi intake and uprated SMIC. It's even still got the cats on it. I was really happy with the 387 hp it made at the flywheel, at 1.1 bar. It did make 392, but the boost had crept up a bit on that run. - - - Updated - - - 300zx Dyno: No doubt this won't work, knowing my computer skills!

I've had larger injectors put in and uprated chip to support those injectors. Anyway once they had been put into the engine drove great on they way home but kept it below 2k revs for a 5 mile journey because I didn't want to do any damage to the engine bore wash etc. I then went and changed the chip out from the socket ecu which I had in the car and now runs like sh*t? Lumpy won't idle and cuts out? I at my last patients with it and looking for help ASAP :( I'll attach a video

There seems to be an increase in Facebook users creating fake profiles to scam people out of there hard earned money , it's not just happening on Facebook but also eBay. Since listing my car on eBay I've had many scam emails giving the whole bull about I work offshore bla bla bla so I can't come and view the car but can pay you via paypal and pick the car up from a location yada yada. It's now moving onto z32 selling groups over Facebook and to be honest a few people have been ripped off so they are being clever enough to pull it off. Just a heads up if you see something that appears too good to be true it's most probably a fake. Take care when buying and selling guys an…

Hi Guys, pulled up at my house last night and steam was pouring out from under the bonnet, after a bit of cooling down I found one of the water pipes at the rear of the engine had popped a hole causing the loss of water. so, I go to my spare car, remove the good one and replace it in about 3 hours. Must say, having a spare car is a must!!. I then proceeded to fill her up! only to find im pouring water in the header tank and getting wet feet at the same time... so my question is how much of a inconvenience is having no water in the header tank. Thought the title might get some attention but this is not relating to women at all. I always think the washer jets are pretty poor and they always seem to change the director of how they fire (easy fix of course). Anyway, got me wondering if anyone had changed them for something else. If you did, what ya got?
