whats the best way to really give my paintwork a shiny finish it looks dull and lifeless. ive tried using turtle wax products wash and wax any other suggestions as i dont want to get a respray just yet lol

when the car is started i expect all the dash light to be gone out but it stays half lit up what can i do to stop this or is this just a comon fault and dos not do any harm. :headvswal

Just fitted the Rage snap off steering to my momo wheel and boss. All ok apart from my steering wheel is now another 5" closer to me and it seems hell of a long way back to the indicator stalk. Anyone else got a snapoff boss kit? Is there a shorted momo boss I can buy or is there a shorter snapoff kit worth going for?

hi guys can any one help me my car shakes like hell at about 50 but then eases out at about 60 70 i thort it was just wheel ballancing so i got that done and uummm nope still dos it. it dont feel safe at all

hey guys its me yet again heres i problem for you think about. last night i went out for a burn in my zed and as i was driving around i heard a ping noise which alerted me to my speedo that was reading off the clock speed bout 300mph!!! but i was only doing about 50 mph anyway the needle stayed at 300 and icoupler of minutes later when i slowed down to park up the car i noticed the steering had gone very heavy pas was still on but only slightly . i dont know but would imagine the pas is sensitive to speed , so did the cars brain think i was going really fast and ajust the pas for this speed that my speedo was reading or is it something else possibly??? …

any one know where i can get 1/8 male bspt to 1/8 female npt right angle adaptor to fit a oil pressure gauge? tried most places and they only do male to male

hi all. i have a n/a 92 auto and its only doing around 16mpg driving slow ,i had a conzult check 2months ago and it said that all was fine, cant smell fuel or see any leaks .car runs fine starts 1st time .any ideas . :confused:

I've been trying to replace the aircon rad/condensor. The rad/condensor has been changed at somepoint but the idiot who did it cross-threaded the connector on the lower right (as you look at the car) so i couldn't connect the new one. I scratched my head for a while then came up with the crazy idea of cutting off each connector and bridging the gap with a rubber pipe. I'm not convinced this will work because of the pressure involved. The only other option i have is to replace the entire pipe that runs back to the compressor near the battery i think, but i cant see where it goes because there's pipes everywhere above. Ive been reading all the threads people have posted about driving vibrations. from what ive read, I seem to be suffering from a dodgy prop shaft bearing. At about 30-50 mph the vibration is really bad especially when cold. It does seem to be coming from directly beneath me as my seat vibrates like crazy (shame im not a lass). If I stop then set off again it sometimes eases it and after a while presumably when it warms up it seems to almost go away. Is a prop bearing the most likely cause?

i am going to spay and fit new spoiler,99 spec bumper i will be doing all the prep work and fitting the spoiler. just wondering if any of you can give any advice like what fillers are good, treating my rusty arch and anything you think of. i will not be spraying it i was thinking of taking it to z centre as they said a£1000 it will be the same colour do you rate the spray jobs

Hi people I am new to the jap car scene and have decided to ask for advice from the people most knowledgable.......the owners. For the past two years I have been driveng a Rover 620ti and the gearbox has just gone ( a common problem for the 620ti) have been looking at a list of my next cars and have got it down to two. Mitsi 3000gto 300zx Now, the Z seems a nice car but there are a few things that i dont like about it. 1, Most i have seen are autos :( and the gearbox is a weak link ( serious sence of deja vue there) and 2, Most I have seen are autos ,hehe What i could do with is some advice from other auto zx drivers in to what they have found with…
