  7. I have done a quick search and cannot find the answer I am after. :headvswal Is it only the TTs that need to worry about detting? or will a Japanese spec N/A suffer from using cheap fuel? Thanks in advance, Mike...

Hi fellaz From stand still, when i put my foot on the loud pedal, the engine slows right down, pauses then takes off. WTF is all that about, nearly been crashed into a few times a roundabouts when I've tried to nip out and the engine/gearbox have thought otherwise. It even stalled on me yesterday, pulling away. VERY worried :(

Sorry if Im being thick here :) I tried yesterday to get some heat resistant paint on glue for my retrim. B&Q advised me to just use std contact adhesive. Has anyone got a brand name thats tried and tested that I can go and buy on the way home. Where did you guys get yours from too. what temp rating should it be too? I know its a million and one questions but I just wanna pick some up tonight and make a start - and I only wanna do it once - dont want summer to come round then have to retrim where it bubbles up. Cheers.

Please forgive me for asking basic questions but I need to clarify this as a bit lost. The A pillar pod(s) that are available in ebay etc. , are they just a universal fit for the Z32 or do they need to be vehicle specific ? I mean, how do they fit onto the existing A pillar ? I always thought you removed the original A pillar and whacked these on like a clip system of somekind. Now the next question is, if I buy one from the US then will they be compatible with our right hand drive Zeds ? Thanks

Hi, I have noticed today that some of the clips on my driver side door card have broken. Just wondered if it were possible to replace them, and if so, what the part number was? Cheers, Chris

Im thinking of buying a tt auto 300zx. Its cheap with full leather and in pretty good shape! Problem is there seems to be a water leak from somewhere, when driving the car it will heat but the car will idle all day without heating if you keep topping it up? Any ideas??? Also there seems to be a blow out from in round the turbo (making a whistley rattle noise) the guy said that there is a gasket in there away?? Please help/advise, car is under a grand! Thanks.

Hi there, I was rather hoping someone could help me out here..... I have a 91 Jap import auto Fairlady, derestrictor chip, cone air filter and twin Bailey dump valves, I have removed both cats and both centre boxes (replaced with stainless) and have Kakimoto rear boxes. She boosts at 11 psi and holds and I run her on SUPER UNLEADED so?????? Waht do we think the BHP might be, I have no idea and would appreciate any educated guesses as shes hitting the rollers on the 18th and they want an "owners estimate" before hand. Be cool Jase :)

Hi I've always wanted a 300ZX and I guy I know is selling one. It's a 1989 G Plate Twin Turbo Automatic Fairlady. Does anyone know anything about these? ie is it a good one or is it the one to steer clear of? Oh and I have been on http://www.confused.com for an insurance quote and it came back very high. Any ideas on this? Thanks 300zxwannabee
