I've had enough bad luck to last a lifetime!! I know Jaypsc had some and am waiting for him to contact me. Does anyone else either have some used or can get brand new quickly (very quickly!). Hi Everybody, I was looking for some advice. I'm looking to purchase a 300ZX TT, but have hit a road block. I have 2 prospectives in mind, a 93 TT Auto, and a 91 TT Manual. Which is going to be best?, both are pretty standard with very few mods, 60K miles, and look the biz. What things do I need to look out for with each of these bad boys? What is going to be the better drive? At what point should I walk away? How much should I be looking to pay? what are the hidden extra costs associated with a 300ZX? Is the squeaky whistle normal in auto? Thanks in advance Paul

before you say it i have searched the forum. i havent got a converter. speedo works fine. im having quite a strange prob with my steering and i dont think its the speed sensor. for over a year the steering has been intermittent. mainly worked on damp days. the speedo is fine but tonight the steering was all over the place. going from light to really bloody heavy!! i parked up and turned the steering lock to lock and the revs rised with the movement until the steering kicked out at one point causing the steering to go really heavy the car actually stalled!!! what the hell is up. also i can't find the connector to the speeed sensor to eliminate it from the equation. …

I have been using Nissan L250 concentrate, green fluid, but do the different colours matter as long as they are monoethylene glycol (I think that is the right chemical). The other day someone mentioned a pink coolant! Surely the colours are just down to a dye. Any recommendations please and quantities / ratios with water. Thanks

A lorry has just reversed into the front of my car :nono: . The damage isn't too bad to look at - the bumper seems to just need a respray, both headlights have marks but neither are cracked and the worse bit is the panel between the headlights which is dented and badly scratched. I think it could be repaired by myself for £100ish but I will be claiming off the lorry drivers company insurance (no chance of a cash in hand deal). My question is, will the insurance company just write off the car? It's a lovely daily driven N/A LWB import G-plate but only worth about £2-2.5K at a guess. I'm a bit worried, especially as a lot of insurance companies don't want t…

Dear members, As most of you know, this year’s club calendar was a bit of a disaster. The quality of the calendar, in terms of the paper quality, was poor. Many members who paid up front for their calendars, didn’t receive them and members who were lucky enough to get one, didn’t receive them until well into 2006. It’s time to decide if we, as a club, want to continue producing a 300ZX.co.uk club calendar. It would be the easy option to stop making a club calendar; however, we feel the calendar is an important part of the club. This year the club committee will be taking full responsibility of the 2007 calendar. We have selected a professional printing comp…

Hi guy's and gals. I have been doing my HICAS rack and I removed the fuel tank heatsheild which fits to the front of the tank. Trouble is I snapped off 3 of the 4 bolts. Now what I want to ask is how many of you guy's have this fitted? And is it worth my while drilling and tapping the bolts out or just leave it off? I can't see it's doing much TBH as the exhaust is closer at the sides than the front. Ivan

Guys, Need some advice. As some of you may know i signed up for destination nurburgring 06 as I was unable to make the club trip due to work commitments. So i was well happy when i saw this trip given coverage in various jap car mags. "A great event last sees event going strength to strength etc". I should have smelled a rat early on in the process, the team were a nightmare to get hold of and repeated e:mails and voice mails left only led to the occasional call back. Nevertheless the desire to raz around the ring with a hundred like-minded people was too much of a lure. The website was professional looking and included an active forum of people all waiting in …
