Hi All, My handbrake light stays on for ages (at least 15 mins) even after i've taken the handbrake off. Is this just an electrical glitch? or is it a syptom of something worse? I'd appreciate any help. snx.

Just had a quote for £300 which seems a little steep, infact double the price of what you'd normally pay for a set of Eibachs (similar quality). Wondering what you guys paid for them.

A little late ! I parked next to a Black Uk spec Z At the Pumps at Tesco Ipswich Sunday afternoon ! said hello but i did not have time to have a chat.

Going to a Kernow-kruz( no chav piss taking) club RR run on sat, the car will have two runs , a power run and a fueling , boost and timing check run, only costing 30 quid so it is silly not to.

i seem to be getting a lot of conflicting results when searching for spark plugs for the N/A .. sticking with NGK have denso at mo .. whats the correct NGK part number ? Platinum or Iridium? i know the iriduims arnt much cop for the TT but would this affect the VG30DE? Thanks John

what fittings are needed to finish off the border 850 kit im thinking 2 45 degree elbows but amz show 1, 45 degree and a banjo style one but havent got the bolt for the banjo in the kit but have copper washers could i be missing some parts? :nono:

wonder if you fine people can help. replacing said valves and am having trouble locating the remaining 2 to change..its the ones with the brushes inside..pics would be really helpful..thanks Mark

Moin, yes, I used the FAQ, now I´m even more confused what to choose. I got Porsche 993 Turbos at the front (322mm drilled Brembos) which are ok [not great, though] and just installed stock sized drilled and grooved discs at the rear. Was thinking about red/green stuff for "rear" before I learnt about Porterfield and Hawk. An issue (besides improved braking power, of course) is NOT to kill my discs as some pads are said to do. Any experience and/or recommendations for drilled/grooved discs? Thanx Alex

On the way home from work, the car started misfiring, and the cat warning light kept periodically coming on for a couple of seconds, then went off again, it did this about 6 or 7 times. When I arrived home, I found that 2 of the coilpack connectors were loose, could this be connected? or is it something more serious? Please help. Scotty

My car is in the body shop at the mo having a few little touches done to it here and there. I have decided I want my Greddy sideskirts blended in. I have just been to see the car and have been told there will be some issues with the blending into the front wings. Because the fronts of the Greddy skirts protrude out quite a bit it means the wings need to be built out. However once this is done it will not match up at all with the door. Now if the door is built out as well to match up then there will not be enough room for the door to open. Maybe this is just an issue with the shape of the Greddy's? Did anyone encounter a similar problem when the…

Does anyone have pictures of the rear boot without the factory spoiler fitted and no tailgate skin fitted :confused: Is it ugly ? Can it be made to look pretty with just an adjustable wing ?

When i first got my car the stock boost gauge would be right over on the left hand side when the engine is idling. Now it isnt, it has moved towards the middle of the gauge indicating a loss in vacuum. I also have a blitz boost gauge and this is also reading less of a vacuum when the car is idling. Does this mean that i have a boost leak, or something else?

...i know i promised i wouldn't do it but left my car down at Kwik Fit to have its oil flushed, refilled and a new filter fitted. I would have taken it to micky's but i know he's probably busy at the mo and i don't have alot of time spae and Kwik Fit is only 5 mins walk from my house. had the car to a garage this morning to have a listen to her. i have posted a couple of threads about the noise on the car, its a rattle which comes on around 2500 - 3500 only when the engine is hot. i have had one guy say its the little ends and most people say it sounds like a noisy cam, but this morning the guy in the garage reckons it sounded like piston slap, now if you look back a few threads i explained that the car started to tick two weeks ago and i checked the engine oil and noticed it was way low, it took nearly two litres of oil to bring her right up to level. now i only bought the car 2 weeks before this and was on holiday for one of those weeks so didnt excp…
