First of all cheers to Sarre who plugged his laptop in on Sunday and had a look at the settings. The only problem I have now is the reference for the driven wheels. I never wired it up as SWM1's site I followed the instructions provided with the unit, I bought it second user from a forum member who had a 91 UK Manual Car, mines a 93 UK Manual. So It should be right, but I noticed on sunday night that looking at his various setting on my PC his driven wheels differ on his backed up dat files. This leads me to believe it requires calibrating but I didn't receive the calibration tool. Anyone know how to do this without the calibration tool, as the rear wheels are LSD a…

Anybody know where i can purchase replacement sills and rear arches from and roughly how much they'd be? There was a place i found ages ago that sold ford granada replacement arches for £12 each. Just thinking if i'm spending the money getting the paintwork sorted out for the summer i might as well get replacements welded in and save having to do the same thing again next year.

Hi guys, Just a quick one. I have an intermittent problem with the speedo. When I first start up the speedo doesn't work, however after about 10 mins, it flickers, then comes to life. it's almost as if its "warming up" with the car. i was wondering if this could be a loose connection? if so, where do i look? Oh, btw, the cars UK, so its not the "speed convertor".. Cheers, Tony

Yesterday I just shelled out a new MOT fee for my Slicktop. thats one step nearer to being sold now. Next step was to get in touch with DVLA to get a V778/1 retention form so that I can keep my "JIB ..." plate. And the price?????? £105! :headvswal Thats £105 to be paid to a government agency so I can keep something that I have already bought and paid for. Robbing Barstewards. :smash: Rant over.

Hopefully someone can help :  Changed the front wings for viper wings at same time as i was fitting hinges for lambo doors.....anyway had to remove the 'black plastic box' underneath the wings to make room. Car was off the road for around 10 months now after driving it up to work to finish everything off and get ready for painting steam has started rising from under the front wings and can hear bubbling noise when car is heated up. Is this because i have removed the black plastic box or is it AIV valves (if anyone knows either way, can you let me know how to solve it) :headvswal If you remove black box do you have to block the hoses or join t…
