Before I call it a day and sell my zed on the bay for stupid money  one last question in hope of fixing without major cost.Had new pcv's(2 valves 2 pipes i believe) fitted about 200 miles ago(don't use the car alot was about 3 weeks ago) since then smoke is coming from exhausts(both I think) on relese of throttle after a few seconds of full boost. Also the dipstick has popped out a few times(at above 11psi) and blown oil over battery. Everything else seems fine power and all. Could this be the pcv's at fault. Car did have a brief few over high boost on incorrect boost controller setting but is running at 9.5psi. thanks in advance and happy new year to all

:( I recently had a clutch fitted must have been a couple of months now,,, anyway yesterday I was driving and testing the limits abit with boost controller on high... and I found it difficult to change the gears for a moment. So I slowed down and stopped. I then put it into 1 and tried to drive off and the car is just not moving.. The engine is revving fine and sounds all ok just not engaging in gear. I tried to start of in 2 but still nothing. Even reverse is not working.. The clutch pedal feels normal. and has not gone soft.. Have I done my clutch in already or has something else gone?? Any Help and advise would be apprecia…

As ive had my zed for nearly two years now, and its been ill for most of that time. Ive now got the cash to sort it. As i was giving it a little hoover in the boot, i lifted up the carpet to find under the grey foam to the left two polythene bags containing you guess it, the original targa bags still in wrapping, they are 100% like new, then to put the icing on the cake, under the space saver wheel (which looks like its never touched the road) i find the original fairlady Z owners handbook, in Japanese though, only thing it has the lower right corner slightly turned up, otherwise near perfect condition. Well chuffed, just need to get the Nissan fire extinguisher no…

Just wanted to say a big thanks to steviecopland for helping me out. When my car started misfiring a while ago i started a thread to ask for help and i got a lot of responses telling me it could of been the PTU, unfortuneately i could not find a way of testing it without shelling out for a brand new unit. Anyway steviecopland read the thread and offered to send me his PTU while his car was off the road. A few days later i recieved it and was able to illiminate the PTU as a suspect, which meant i saved quite alot of money. :) Anyway i just wanted to post this thread to thank him and to say i think its fantastic being part of a club that is this great an…

Hi all. Has anyone got an induction kit fitted to their zed? I'm thinking about getting one soon, I have a TT. Do they make a noticable difference in the engine sound? Which make do people favour? I've always liked HKS but here the filtration is rubbish and I dont wanna suck any crap into the turbo. Theres a few cheap ones on ebay - not brand names but Im worried you get what you pay for.

Hi Guys,i replied to a very serious accusation against the Z Centre on a thread on the forum which was 8 pages long on christmas eve and has now been removed. I used ceejays membership for the replay as i was unaware i was still a registered member of the forum. There must have been a glitch with the forum website because soon after I posted my reply even though the accusation had been running for 8 pages the thread is no more. Out of fairness to the accused I have added my reply below so members have sufficient time to read my reply. Hopefully there won't be more glitches with the forum website. Regards Luke Borg Z Centre. Hi guys,I thought i would let …
