General Discussions - Non 300ZX

... of the rear of a Zed with the spoiler removed, prior to firtting a new one? I'd be interested to know what's underneath and how much remedial work will be needed to fill holes etc. So I can get a MkII spoiler fitted. Well, since I'm into mods I thought I'd upgrade my Honda mower - more power etc. So I've put in a supercharger so it's now running on 60bhp - the new exhaust is going on next week so that should really be great - imagine the faces of my clients!!! But now because the mower really speeds around the lawn and it's hard to hang on behind, I'm going to install a seat - should be fun!!! Well maybe I'll come on it to the Essex meet or maybe I should take it to the Honda NSX club meet. What do you think??? Geoff.

Anyone know what the main differences are for the different insurance write off categories?? I know there is A, B, C and D but dont know what the state of each vehicle should be and what regs apply to each category. Dept of Transport website wasnt any use at all!! All help appreciated. Well these were the results I got back from the garage who said I needed a new engine. 1 = 75lbs 2 = 175lbs 3 = 50lbs 4 = 75lbs 5 = 75lbs 6 = 125lbs These were the results that we got ourselves (me & PaulC) today 1 = 150lbs 2 = 125lbs 3 = 100lbs 4 = 105lbs 5 = 150lbs 6 = 120lbs Paul also ran a cylinder leakage test for me, seems like the pistons and Rings are fine, the exhaust valves are also fine, the headgaskets is also fine, the inlet valves could use replacing at a later date. sold my car today. am very sad that its gone, but i'm sure its gone to a good home the new owner has certainly got a bargain, a very very good deal, but also knows that there is money that needs spending on it seeing someone else drive off in it is gutting loads of good memories are tied up with that car, and loads of good friends have been made thanks to it however, family comes first, and a fifth seat is needed very soon, so it was inevitable given current circumstances i will return to zed ownership one day......

Here's my new window stickers, and I think they look alright. The camera has problems picking them up properly though. I may need to move the rear one again slightly and I'm not sure if they're too subtle but I didn't want "Ricer" or "Nova boy" looks. I may enlarge the back one to cover the width of the rear window at the top, do you reckon it'll be over the top? I may also do some for the rear just above the bumper saying something like 3.0 V6 QUAD CAM on the left and on the right 24V TWIN TURBO. Then remove the twin turbo badge from the boot, but Jeff at Zedworld has very similar stickers and I don't want to copy him, what do you think?

Can anybody help me? I've got a video cassette that I want to get onto the PC in digital format - how do I go about this?? I think it means converting it to AVI format, but how do I go about connecting it to my PC, and converting the files? I just cannot think how you begin to go about this - I don't think 20th century video cassette will fit into the CD ROM drive ;) Thanks Ed
