Can anybody help me? I've got a video cassette that I want to get onto the PC in digital format - how do I go about this?? I think it means converting it to AVI format, but how do I go about connecting it to my PC, and converting the files? I just cannot think how you begin to go about this - I don't think 20th century video cassette will fit into the CD ROM drive ;) Thanks Ed

White Zed spotted on M6 going northbound near bamber bridge with big Oz wheels - looked well smart. And those tailpipes looked amazing too, lovely noise as it came past me.

I was just going through my Zed file and came across these printouts. It was on the basis of these that I bought my Zed, and paid for it. sight unseen, and then waited 6 weeks for it to be ready for me to collect! As you can see from the date on the email, it's coming upto 2 yrs ago, just where has the time gone? Tim

What's this?!... BBC1 trying to cash in on channel 5's Matrix night by showing the crappy Johnny Mnemonic?! Crikey.

Bearing in mind that the 'tweed' seats on pre '92 Japanese rate about 8.5 in a 0-10 scale ( 0=nice, 10=yeuch). Anyone fitted cheapish seat covers that rate better, or are they total pants.

Hi All, My GF's father had a private reg (he's passed away). He took the car it was registered to abroad to Spain and basically left it there in a friends garage to rot away. There's nothing left of the car now but we'd like to get the reg back in the UK. Initial discussion with DVLA have indicated that the car has to be in this country and we have to prove it to allocate the reg to another car (?) Can this be correct?? The DVLA reckon the reg is theirs if we don't prove the car is here and belongs to my GF.....surely we can just transfer the reg, they can't possibly send someone out to check....can they??? Cheers!
