Fitted my braided fuel lines last night...they look sweet! Lots of faffing about getting them round/through/under the strut brace and throttlecable cover but fit perfectly like this...

I got an NA. I like it. I got a Sorearse. Liked it. But it wasn't a z. Sold the Sorearse today and I'm looking for a Twin turbo Z again. Anyone selling/still for sale around £4000? I did like the Soarer, and the grandad image didn't bother me, but I've had what I would consider a nice long test-drive, and I know what I want. A TT z! I've got a set of Azev Ms coming on Monday too!. Will they fit on a z? with a +43 offset? 10s for the rear and 8.5 for the front. They would have looked nice on the Soarer too. I've also got over my manual/auto 'thing' and I liked the 'scratch your arse while driving' feature of the auto. I'm crap at gearchanges anyway…

After the water leak issue (turned out to be the little hoses, as everyone in help forum suggested - thanks guys:)) and paint issue (not happy with original work) I've got zed back  I also had the waterpump replaced as it wasn't done with cambelt. The only problem is now with the rear wheel that needs a refurb after blow-out then hitting catseye and denting new Azev rim. I'm finding it hard to stick below 50 with the crappy yellow thing instead of a wheel though..... My garage lent me an SLK230 yesterday to go about my activities (jolly nice of them;) ) but it felt good to get back into a proper manly car this morning. I've never missed a car like I …

Anyone been today or going tomorrow? I went today, it was much better than previous couple of years but I always preferred the May show. They have not had both May and November shows for at least 2 years now, for some reason. Good to see the Z-club there, I don't think I've seen them there before. Although I may not have noticed in the past since I've only had my own Zed since June. Only one Z32 on the stand, a white UK spec manual with grey tweedy interior. Well worth the trip to Brum:)

hmmm 4.25. Why am I awake? Anyway, I was just thinking about having window tints done. I used to hate them completely, but I have seen some recently that are perfect- no nasty bubbles or anything and they didn't look 'boy racer' at all. Do you have to find someone who can do them well, or is it just something that works? It adds to the cars shaggability factor. Well, maybe an SWB isn't the best for it spacewise but why else would anyone have 'privacy glass'?? It's a pig for reversing at night, but what the hell. Anyone had it done in their car? I mean window tints that is. Maybe I should go back to bed.

OK, have finally managed to contact Chris at G-Force Motoring in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire and have the following details for all who wish to go on a Rolling Road. Date is from at least 7th February next year, as they are booked up till then, probably best to avoid booking an RR day on the 14th February, for obvious reasons. :D ;) So, if we say 7th February, we need a minimum of 12 cars to make this viable and can have up to 30. N/A Zeds are £35 each inc Vat TT Zeds are £40 each inc Vat. Payment can be made on the day, chqs payable to G-Force Motorsport. A little more expensive but these guys are highly recommended. Also, as this is the price…

I was driving to the pictures this evening and I got a puncture after driving over firework debris. How many other people property is going to be damaged because of some one elses fireworks. I wont be able to sleep very easy tonight and I like the window open and there will be no chance of that. I hope the puncture can be repaired. Stuart

Clickety Click You are Oliver Kahn Your massive presence fills the goal. Or is it your ego. You frighten your own defenders more than you intimidate the other side's forwards. You're not a vicious man but you are the bully boy at the back

Hi I maybe made redundent soon and just wondered if the IT chaps would be kind enough to let me know if you hear of anything going?. I specialise in Novell really but I have had years of experience with NT servers and a small ammount of experience with Active Directory. Also had years of experience in the Desktop support field, and in that time supported most O/S's and have a wide range of software support skills. Cheers.

Anyone out there able to recommend where one might find the raunchiest side of Paris? Y'know, the shows, the clubs the girls..... I'm there with 3 make colleagues for an all expenses business weekend and it would be rude not to, if you know what I mean. :D

I was innocently changing lanes on a dual carriageway this morning at about 80mph when the back wheel caught something in the road and the tyre blew out. b45tard, just fitted new GDS3s all round:mad: Not content with that, but as the wheel with the flat tyre hit the catseye a second later, the bloody thing took a chunk out of the rim. Double b45tard, new Azev wheels only 3 months old:mad:   Now I don't mind spending money on my zed, but not for the same thing twice over:mad:

After loads of test drives, discussions on which one i should have and hours of deep thought i am now pleased to say at 6pm tommorow i'll get that proper first grin of driving my own zed. I would like to thank all of the people who sent me advice and replied to my threads. Many thanks to Matty for the pointers on keith's car. Anyway i'll stop the oscar speech and look forward to getting the car soon.  Rich
