Hi all, I'm looking at 300's at the moment. I have a bit to spend, enough for an R33 but not enough for an R34 :(. However I much prefer the shape of the 300zx especially the modified versions in comparison to the GTR's. Since the price of the 300's is a lot lower than the R33's I will be looking at buying a nice one and spending the extra money on getting it mechanically 100% first then going to work on mods (body, engine, brakes and suspension). I know this may sound a little shallow, But I'm not very good at choosing so I need your help to choose. I care about what other people think as well as personal preference. I would like to start by lookin…

Driving to work this morning in a very calm normal way and all of a sudden bellowing plooms of smoke start pouring from under the bonnet! On closer inspection it seems there is a massive oil leek from the drivers-side turbo:( :( I'm off to the local mechanic to see what it is, but i fear a substansial bulk of cash will soon be departing my company:cry: If that's the case then serious considerations are gonna have to be made as to wether i keep it.....The Zed is definately not my friend at the momment! Wish me luck people....I'm Bloody well gonna need it!:(

Anyone know where you can get them?? Not the clear lights that fit there - just the reflector. Was going to have them taken out and filled, seeing as my Z is in the bodyshop - but just can't justify the additional cost, seeing as the top bit of my bumper is perfect.

"But this kit and save money" the web page says: http://www.courtesyparts.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=Z32FL-TAILL&Category_Code=z32_nismo_fairlady-tail-lights However, its cheaper to order the three units seperately! Doh. (Courtesy have emailed to say the prices are correct however!)

I get Gojira back at 0830 tomorrow!   Did SRRAE get to the bottom of running cold? Because apparently mine's now doing that instead of overheating... Will it do it any harm in the long run?

Hi, could anybody tell me the best (free) 200sx forums - especially ones based in the UK. Also, I know some of you own or have owned a 200sx. What is it's actual 0-60, cos it differs by quite a bit. Also, do you know of any sites that would tell me the fastest tuned 200sx.........is there any near to a Z? Banana Man

http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?s=&postid=194570 Some posts may be missing, it shouldn't be to many, however pleasse verify that any important info you have posted recently such as events and meetings posts has not been lost. The repairer of the hardware was senna, he is no longer a member of this forum and acted like a complete arsehole whilst we tried to reclaim the server.

Just trying to decide which bumper I want to upgrade to and have been wondering about the aerodynamics , for you technical bods out there at what sort of speed will the front bumper come in to play ?? I know the standard bumper is aerodynamic but lets bugger all air in to the rad etc , where as some of the others must be like driving with a brick in front of your car and therfore not aerodynamic at all. Thought's as always appreciated Ryan

With the usual argument on the GTO forum about Zeds and GTO's isnt it interesting how paterns emerge about the various clubs of jap car owners. Here's my observations, Whats yours? Skyline boys Sound lads, helpfull and never bother anyone, have nothing to prove, drive the best and its proved at TOTB every year when all the others are put in there place. Supra boys (not Roy cos he had a Z ;) ) Drive a car with a fantastic engine but are blind to its uglyness. Do tend to have a bit of a chip on their shoulders about the skyline so often feel the need to go around the other forums to tell us how their cars are so much faster, expensive and exclusive than any…

I recently bought a interior trim set and rear clear bumper lights from a seller on eBay USA as shown http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2434572009&category=33705 http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2434572206&category=33715 At 1st the guy was really helpfull and curtious. After not hearing anything for 3 weeks i mailed him to ask for an update. He replied saying he would get me a tracking number within 24 hours. Another 3 days pass without any word, so i gets back onto him asking for the tracking number and his reply was "Fu*ck off you aint getting sh*it from me" Anyway to …

Is there any advantage to a Dynapack? A place near me (in Coventry) does a Dynapack session for £100 an hour. The website looks good- nice clean place with what seems to be well trained staff. Thor Racing in Coventry. The Dyno is portable and seems to give more precise information than a rolling road, but I know nothing about it. Just wondered if it's worth doing, as everyone seemed to get a lot out the recent rolling road day.
