Hello Everyone, I am new to the Club, gone past the mid-life crisis, now on the Bus Pass crisis. I am bored with my 2yr old Dacia Sandero and I want to buy this...... https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1995-Nissan-300-300ZX-TWIN-TURBO-MANUAL-3dr/142934350561 Any thoughts? Yes or No? Good or Bad? All help gratefully received. Thanks for looking at my post (and my Car)!:helpsmilie: FC

Just wanted to say thank you for adding me, and hello to everyone. I’m new to this forum but not to forums. I was part of a few others while I still owned my 07 Jetta. Sold it and recently bought a 1992 300zc non turbo. I’ve always wanted one. Really fun to drive, even without the turbos. I can only imagine how much faster it would be if it had them. I’ll be stopping in from time to time doing research. I’m anxious to learn the ins and outs of this car. Thanks again!

  3. Hello everyone, This is Jeremy from Germany, with a recent and fresh Japan 2+0 manual NA import ! It should normally and finally be in my hands in a couple of months, waiting for the last gearbox issue to be fixed :) See you all soon ! Jeremy

Evening All, After spending the last 18 months lurking in the background of this forum, I’m very pleased to announce that I’m back – and this time I have turbos  Last weekend I hopped on a train to Portsmouth and met Dave, who had decided to part with his Black 1992 SWB TT Slicktop. After a couple of hours in Portsmouth, I was driving home to Bristol (via Dorset) with a very big grin on my face. The ‘grin’ vanished a couple of times as I familiarised myself with the Z32 brakes, but all in all I’m extremely happy. A new car has been on the cards for a couple of months, and I had decided that I would only get another Zed if the right one come a…

Hi all, so short story, been a fan of a Z for a while picked one up a 1993 NA August, got some work done, all belts changed, water pump changed, rocker cover gaskets, and some wiring done only to realise afterwards that i got a head gasket issue, leaking exaust fumes into coolant :( not happy had i k own before i would have fixed that first, my mechanic is estimating around min 1k to fix not sure what to do now, its an NA so its not the most sought after model

Hi all, Thanks for accepting my request to join the group. My name is Jamie, I live in Essex and I have just purchased my first 300ZX. My aim is to bring it back to its former glory. Although it has MOT and able to drive it, I am putting it into my garage as a project for the next year. Needs some paint TLC, electrics, wheel refurbishment and some general love including a crazy mad speedometer. I'm hoping your experience can help me going forward. So a little bit about the car: 1989 Nissan 300zx NA, 70k miles and imported from Japan (my first imported car) hoping as non turbo is may be less likely to break weekly lol

  7. Started by turb0z,

Hi Folks, I'm back! It's been over 8 years since I did anything club related (since splitting with my now ex-wife) and my zed has been stood (garaged) for the last 3 years. Recently purchased a house again so i now have the option to work on the car. (landlords don't like half stripped zeds on the drive lol). Zed is now at the new house although it wont be garaged anymore so im gonna have to come up with a way of protecting it from the elements. All good fun but hey ho! Just thought i would say "Hi" anyway :-) Pete

Hi ever1 new to the owners club just bought my first 300zx turbo only had it a couple of weeks I live near Brighton and was wondering were the nearest z specialist is. I love the car but having a couple of prob with coolent leaks thanks for any reply scott

  9. Hi guys, Bought this car after it was imported last August (Don't ask why it's taken me so long to post on here) and I'm absolutely in love with it. Had done 48000 miles when it was brought over, runs amazingly - only issue I've had is when the thermostat went a few weeks after picking it up, pretty easy to sort out over the course of a weekend or so. Let me know what you think

  11. Started by ronflat,

Well I've taken my 1994 TT out of storage where it's been for the last 10 years. Just been down for MOT and its passed after driving around a bit and using the brakes. Just getting a few bits done to get rid of stone chips on the front bumper next. As it's 12 years since I've had any dealings with these cars i'm totally unclear what the situation is regarding value. I've tried to have a look but there seems to be massive differences in prices. What's the best way of establishing its value now? Not sure if I should sell it now or run it around for a bit and put it back in storage.

Just thought I'd introduce myself... Bought my first 300zx a month or so ago, I first fell in love with this car when my mate bought one 18 years ago and I finally decided to take the plunge and I'm glad I did... Every bit as beautiful as I remember and a dream to drive. Picked it up in Scotland... 1996 300zx tt jap import.... Glad to be part of the forum.

  15. Hey all, I just joined and once I have sold my boring ass Scirocco I plan to get myself a 300ZX. I'm sick of the way new cars are dumbing down the driving experience, I'm sick of playing it safe and I'm sick of mediocrity. I have always loved the 300ZX and if I don't do it now I never will. I have read buying guides online but I would appreciate any insight that you guys can provide with regards to things to look out for and things to avoid. I appreciate your help.

Hi all. Thought I'd drop in & introduce myself. I have a 1992 Nissan Gloria Y32 Gran Turismo. It has the VG30DET engine & an auto gearbox. From what I have researched the chassis has a lot of the same components as the 300zx. The car is very distinctive in that it has a full junction produce bodykit & a Eurospec conversion fitted by a company in Japan called IMC. The car was imported back in 2007 & I am only the 2nd UK owner. The car sits on Custom Bilstein coilovers & Intensive Hunk alloys measuring 18x9 et10 & 18x10 et-3. I have so far fitted bride reclining seats on homemade seat rails & a nardi dished wheel with Driftworks…

Hi Guys, Not sure how many of you remember me however, I used to be part of the club quite a while back and had a SWB Slicktop TT! It was my only car regret and for the last however many years I have been quietly looking for the right Zed to get back into. With that in mind a big shout out to Jimmer (who is still the man!) who put me onto a nice chap in London who imported a very nice 2+2 TT with a verified 31,000k which really looks and drives like a new car! Just wanted to say hi to any members who are still around and to become a part of the club again, still thinking about what to do to the car but essentially want to keep it as OEM as possible or at l…

  22. Hi All, Its great to be part of the owners club and I am looking forward to chatting with you all about our cars. I bought my first Z32 TT UK manual in red when I was 20 years old and I absolutely loved her! Unfortunately I had to sell her on after I was involved in an accident and I was devastated to let her go! I am hoping to find that same car and have been looking! (H825 FLK) I have now bought my 2nd 1994 Z32 TT UK auto in white after 17 years of owning my first one. I love the car and im currently having her completely restored to original. Will post some pictures throughout with hopes of having her on the road in 2 weeks time before she goes in for a full repa…

  23. Hi, new to the site after acquiring my first Zed, 1990 (Z32), the other day! I would just like to say hi to you all and say I’m excited to see where this zed will take me on it’s journey of restoration!

Hi, I joined the other day, I have a 1989 300ZX Z31 model, auto that has failed it's MOT due to the rear brake caliper handbrake not functioning correctly. I'd like to just rebuild it and was looking to see if anyone knew of a good supplier for parts and accessories please? Also I need a new speedo as mine has stopped working. Peter

  25. Started by Andy083,

I've always wanted one so I brought it yesterday it needs some tlc. I went for the NA version in the hope that I would not have to be under the hood as often lol. Look forward to ownership if you know this car can you give me a heads up on history Thank Andy Sent from my VTR-L09 using Tapatalk
