  1. No mate, minimum of 18" wheels:thumbup1: Mine have been shipped and should be here next week, I still have to get the discs, but I'll post up some pics asap
  2. Right guys, just testing the water, who here would be interested in Big Brake kits?? I've got myself 6 piston Brembo fronts with 4 piston rears including brackets, hardware etc, they fit to the 370z 355mm fronts and 350mm rears discs, I can also source these. My contact reckons a group buy of 10 sets, I can source Porsche, AMG 8 piston and other large 6 and 8 piston fronts with 4 piston rears, haven't got a price as such yet, but would probably be close to £1500-£2k, these kits direct from Brembo and the likes retail at £3-£4K would anyone here be interested if I got the ball rolling??? Fronts comparison Rear comparison Full kit On a Zed
  3. They use anything for an excuse to ramp up the costs, could be down to the area you live in, ie. Guys in the country can get insured cheaper than guys in the cities (less crime) all insurance companies over here have put up their fees even though there's been less accidents / claims. The Irish Government is thinking about getting involved over here with one TD (MP) arguing to link both road tax and insurance into the price of fuel, the more you use the roads, the more you pay.
  4. I just shared this to my Facebook page, he's not a happy bunny but at least he's brutally honest unlike the guy with the Twin Turbo Z without the twin turbos:innocent::biggrin:
  5. Sorry guys didn't realise it was a repost, I wouldn't be on here as often as others:biggrin:
  6. Just seen this.... :innocent::whistling::tt2::laugh::laugh:
  7. I asked him to clarify if this is a turbo or not before I bid, sent it this morning and still awaiting a response :thumbdown:
  8. Literally 30 mins ago, i was driving out to my parents and for whatever reason, I was thinking that it was weird that I hadn't seen hide nor hair of you for quite a while Lee, good to hear from you and looking forward to both the Zedshed and Zedhead builds:clap:. 12 hour shifts are a killer, that's what I do, fortunately for me, I do 2 on 2 off, 3 on 2 off, 2 on and 3 off:thumbup1: the occasions where I have to do extra absolutely kill me:thumbdown: Anyway, welcome back buddy:thumbup:
  9. Just seen this on ebay.. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Nissan-300ZX-Twin-Turbo-SWB-manual-1996-low-mileage-Rare-see-description-/272262031885?hash=item3f6414ea0d:g:O2YAAOSwa81XRzg1
  10. Topcoat on for most of the parts, I think this is going to pop nicely at the back of the car, the diff is going to get a shot of silver now that it is all sealed up from rust:thumbup: Pics.. All in all, a great days progress :clap:
  11. Cheers Gary, it's a work in progress still, but most parts have now been gathered up, just the matter of putting it all together :thumbup1: Back doing the 2 pack topcoat, some people mightn't like the colour but it's trial and error at the moment :thumbup:
  12. Also cut and ground down my brake dust shields in preperation for my 350mm rear discs:thumbup:
  13. Collected my NA subframe from the Powdercoaters / Shotblasters... Before... After... Big Thanks to my neighbour Howard, who not only used his van and lifted it in and out for me, but also for getting two coats of 2 pack primer down on it:thumbup::clap:
  14. Ha!! You didn't ask outright, you just queried if they were custom made:innocent::whistling::laugh:

  19. Had both the 16v and Williams Clio:thumbup: Williams was a 2.0 go-kart:thumbup:
  20. Actually, you need to take a few pics from further away to get the full impact of the exhaust, maybe that's why it looks out, it's too "in your face", bang up some pics from further back buddy:thumbup1:
  21. Just my opinion Si, but I think it would look better if the tailpipes were more centre'd? they seem too tight to the outside of the bumper?? Maybe move them across a cm or two??
  22. Can't you just get Infinity to cut out and swap the tail ends if you want, save the hassle and expense of doing a full new cat-back??
  23. Happy Birthday Ian, hope you have a great day:happybday::happybday:
