  3. Hi guys, do the Twinz make the skirts on their Red 2+2 Demo? I get the impression that they make the Black Underskirt. Can anyone tell me what make they are?? Kaminari maybe? Thanks
  4. On another note, how come my smilies aren't coming up as smilies?? Thanks
  5. That's the plan :thumbup::thumbup:. Found a company over here that look up to the job. I'll get a price off them sometime next week and see how I fare. The wheels have been there since I bought them in '06-'07. On another note.. I'd like to send out a big thumbs up and thanks to Luke at the Z centre if this is ok?? When I bought the Z in '05 I, like many before me started looking at kits and upgrades, I discussed options with Luke who was a trader on here at the time. I arranged to start making payments to Luke until I had enough money to buy a bulk order. As some of you are aware, I had my fair amount of problems with the car and a lot of things got put on hold. I placed an order a couple of days ago on the Z Centre to the tune of a '99 Spec bumper, '99 Spec Indicators and a full Scuttle Panel. I recieved an email from Luke today stating that with VAT and Shipping, the total comes to £822 and to PayPal £22 to complete my order as I had £800 credit. Even after almost 10 years the man remembered and honoured the arrangement (bear in mind, I never rang him, just mentioned it on the order). I have to say that this is spectacular service as other companies would have forgotten or changed owners, management or whatever to write off that money. I think it's only fair to applause Luke for his customer service. Many thanks Luke.. Richie
  6. So I had a root around the parents shed today and look what I found! Not the car, but a nice big set of Veilside Andrews alloys. Need a refurb but I'm working on that
  7. Thanks guys, I'll try and do something about pics over the coming week, it's nothing much to look at for the time being. Yeah Gary, I''d been toying with the idea of getting the car going for the last week or two. Seen you had mentioned me alright, I appreciate it mate. Anywhoos, time to move on, lesson learned.
  8. Hi guys, after nearly 5 years and 1 recession, I've decided to reignite my love for all things Z. I still have the car and a lot of nice parts, so I figured I'd have another crack at rebuilding it to its former glory. It will take time and money so bear with me ?. I've had a look on here from time to time and it's nice to see there's still plenty of names I recognise, and a few new ones also. This was always a great spot for help, advice and general banter. Living with a Zed in Ireland is always challenging but here goes ? Anyways..... How's it going ?? ? Richie
  9. Hey Jimmy, did you just paint the plenum etc. with a standard tin of hammerite and a brush?? Looks amazing!! Was there much prepping to be done?? Thanks bud... Richie

  11. That engine is a work of art, fair play to you for having the vision to complete something like this.
  12. You're doing one hell of a job with that car mate, stick with it knowing that you'll have a fine car when you're finished. I've my 300 for 5 years now and I reckon its been driving for around 1 of those 5, still love it though.
  13. Welcome back bud, did you get any pics of some nice Aussie Zeds when you were there??
  14. Aw, Thanks guys.:blushing: I love this club.
  15. Be careful bud, those TL's are known as Highside bikes, it'll fire you over the handlebars if it's not respected.
  16. Hi Pez, best of luck with your project, can you tell me if you're selling your 740 injectors and are they a straight fit to the '93 Twin Turbo?? Thanks... Richie

  18. Fair play to you mate! It's a work of art!
  19. WTF?? That guy wants beating over the head with his spoiler!! :hang: Does anyone know what that car used to be??
  20. Sorry to hear about your engine Stu, Will insurance not cover it? If they do you might be able to go for uprated turbos. Did you get that few quid I sent you??
  21. Where's a good place to get 3 piece wheels refurbed??
  22. Don't mean to pour cold water on the atmosphere lads, but there was an article in one of the jap mags ( Banzai or Jap Performance) about Chinese copies of popular parts (Volks Wheels, Garrett Turbo's, Tein suspension, and seats) and they reported that some of the seat backs collapsed back! I wouldn't like to be driving along watching the the road and next thing be lying flat on my back looking out the roof!! Just my opinion but i'd get the original seats recovered or buy the real deal. Better safe than sorry.
  23. No problem, you have my no. if you need it
