  1. I had steam from there and it was that pipe.
  2. Totally agree, mine never leaked ever. It has rubber seals.
  3. Its got 3 metres of hose and of course the efficiany decreases the longer you go. But I need longer than 3 metres. Prob 4 or 5 (can be arsed to go in loft and measure) Will it still be good enough? or would I need to fans inline?
  4. I thought he ment bubbling out. Didnt relise it was a little window you can see through!
  5. But surely if its bubbling gas is escaping?
  6. Mines near enough at the top. Top it up first. Its the cheapest thing to do!
  7. Nothing fuel or oil, unless is specifically says so (usually really expensive) I think coolants ok, but would probably be better if it was 3 ply, not just silicone.
  8. A few days late, but done now.
  9. rodders19uk@hotmail.com
  10. Sure its not just the oil you already put in still blowing out?
  11. I bought a supposedly good one after my first cheap crap one and this ones worse!! Got the engine out in bits etc....
  12. Front end is awful....
  13. Do a wet test too, (poor a little oil in piston) if it raises the psi, its your rings. If it doesnt, its valves related.
  14. I think this was posted the other day. Good game though, but I am crap at it.
  15. Original earthing was probably good enough. But 15 years on, corrosion and that could effect it. One thing that was useful, I had to run the engine with battery out of the normal place (was broke down on side of road) and couldnt connect the negative. So used the earthing kit instead. Worked a treat. Woulda been fooked with out it. Also, I found where someone had the engine out, they didnt connect one of the orig earths back. So the kit would have helped there. Like said, they look good too.
  16. Doesnt water run through the vents onto your nice clean polished engine bay?
  17. The p/s fluid is in the dark green pot on the left of the engine (when stood in front) Whip the black cap off and you should see red fluid near the top. Its Dexron automatic transmission fluid. III rings a bell too for being in the name.
  18. I got some proper sealant that is coolant resistant from halfords. I've used hylomar before and it leaked in a few weeks, (just what I had lying around at the time)
  19. Mine only just fits in with mirrors out, about 1/2" clearance each side. Bit of a struggle getting out the car, got to be parked right up against one side. But its def worth it. Wouldnt want to leave it out in the rain! Plus it helps insurance so they say...
  20. Are those cheap ebay kits any good? I thought about getting on myself...
  21. I have a 320mm and I dont like it. Doesnt seem to have enough leverage for cornering if that makes sense. But its good for dodging my knees!! I think I may upgrade.
  22. Its ok to run with no AC belt.
