  1. Had a good day yesterday, lots of tasty machines there to look at and watch in anger on the track. Unfortunately I didn't manage to catch up with Pete and Ian and I missed Ian's track session, doh! Pleased that the weather held out for the day as the forecast leading up to it suggested otherwise! Manage to spot a few Z32's nestled in amongst the cars, shame not to see a club stand there though.

  3. I've wasted a LOT of that time! [emoji23]
  4. I head over and find you [emoji106] I should be in the 300.
  5. Darren did exactly what you're thinking Stephen. SWB bumper grafted onto the LWB with a TwinZ diffuser blended in. I agree, I've always thought the 2+0 rear was more attractive when viewing side on.
  6. As said PowerZed (Jimmer) in Bristol. Always worth the trip.
  7. July 2nd is good for me too [emoji41]
  8. Great vid Ali [emoji106]
  9. Haha, do you remember the little video I made!
  10. As we're diversifying into non zed related parts, I once flew on a Learjet to Malta with a tiny 6/32 screw with a value of less than a pound. It took 30 seconds to install the screw, 3 minutes to complete the paperwork. I then I got back on the Learjet to come home but was diverted (over Paris) to an airport in Poland where I had to sign a piece of paper! 12 round trip, 5000+ miles travelled, the flight crew estimated £17,000 in fuel, plus their wages and my wages, plus whatever landing and other fees were involved! #EU261.
  11. I've always used these guys, always happy to help, maybe give them a call: http://www.johnaustin.co.uk/
  12. Good point, my thinking was more to retain the side marker illumination but I guess that won't do so well through the paint anyway!
  13. That's because Z1 sell some items for less than CZP can buy them for! There has been some questionable activity from Z1 for a few years now as they manage to source OEM parts for a significant amount less than the usual sources (Nissan). The best guess is that they go direct to the manufacturers that Nissan used, many items from Z1 are sold as genuine OEM but do not come with any OEM packaging. That's why there's a big speil on the CZP website about only using genuine parts. Whilst CZP have never directly accused Z1 of not selling genuine parts, they're yet to decipher exactly where they're sourced from.
  14. I tend to agree they look better smoked than red with the colour scheme of that car. Have you considered painting them body colour?
  15. Guys, if you have good or bad reviews, keep this thread updated so we can keep on top of it [emoji41] Z Related Trader Feedback. http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=182609
  16. Have you Scots substituted the word remember for mind? [emoji1]
  17. Ali, where did you find these hoses for sale at $300? The original Selin kit is $120 and Z1 do a kit for $68. https://www.z1motorsports.com/air-intakes/z1-motorsports/z32-dual-intake-system-p-3274.html I'm also keen to see if anyone has had experience using 90degree couplers for this as I'm sure the Selin kit is more like 100degree (the exact angle would need confirmation). It's tight in there so they would have to be a specific size.
  18. How much are you selling them for Ian?
  19. Is there any chance you could take a picture of the "Nissan sports fairlady Z" text on the cover and post it up here please?
