  1. almost as wierd as the film she played god in.... 'dogma'! :wack:
  2. lol, madness!
  3. eh up chaps just doin a bit of research for my new toy. i currently have a series 2 93 zed which has pretty much all the toys u can get... dual elec heated seats, digital climate, cruise, etc etc. What i am curious to know is, what am i going to gain and what am i going to lose buying a version S Z (95+)? I am aware that the version s came with a drivers airbag and that it no longer had a boost gauge in the dash (which isnt really much of a problem as the stock one was always unreliable), but what else will i lose or gain? im told nissan started to scrimp a bit and went cheap on the interior/gadgets in the later specs... any help or advise would be appreciated. cheerZ Joel :)
  4. lol your SAP program is costing my company 250,000quid a week! they have just started using it and no-one has a clue how to use it properly, please come in and train people! the above figure is no exageration either... my company is called sr technics and we run aircraft hangar, line and component support/maintenance for just about every airline and cargo operator you can think of. i myself am an aircraft engineer, i have just finished work  and i have more time off then i know what to do with  patiently waiting to get my new toy! Joel
  5. lol idd a misprint... wouldnt think youd need any more than 40psi for that :)
  6. looking at that 97 car it has a manual knob for the aircon... did the late ones not have the digital climate control?

have you been hanging around street corners again? i thought i told u about that :slap: ;)
  8. it wont look 'shitty' if you get it done professionally. Lees contact details are in the trders section of this forum :)
  9. il come, if i leave 5hours ago i should make it ;)
  10. firstly, are you aware how fewer 97+ zeds were made in total, let alone midnight purple ones with no rear spoiler! your search criteria is very specific so to find a tidy exact match would be very tricky. i would suggest you broaden your criteria and request one regardless of the rear spoiler and have it smoothed when you get it. as for an importer, the 300zx.co.uk registered importer, Lee (Import-Ance), comes highly recommended, i am currently using him to source one for me. contact him to discuss your options and he will advise you on the likelyhood of your requirement :) Joel
  11. cheque in post today :)
  12. i wouldnt pay any more than 4000 even with ppp, its the older shape classic. if it was the facelift version maybe a bit more and also depends on uk or import as these cars are expensive to insure... mine costs nearly twice the zed for identical policies!
  13. with that being said there are people on here who have bought one and had absolutely no realiability issues, though unfortunately, with the junk that is being imported for a recently booming business, this is a rare occurance amongst us zed owners! italso depends on how much u want to spend, you can indeed pick up unmolested minters for a low price but be careful there are plenty of money pits out there. so choose carefully and remember 'buy cheap, pay twice' (or in some cases 'pay twice, then pay 4 times again' lol) Joel
  14. heres my bit... i have a 99 subaru impreza turbo as a daily drive, it is far more reliable than my 300zx! but then when you start to modify cars to that extent you will always lose some reliability. i would also say that a 280hp impreza would probably be faster than most of the standard zeds on the road today :) Joel
  15. 99 poobaru impreza wagon, with a rather unusual colour combination for this car... its blue with gold wheels, i bet u havent seen one like that before ;)
  16. a friend of mine used to do all the marketing for it when it pretty much started out, donna her name is, not sure if shes still about :) this was mean street cruise days etc
  17. the zed would annihilate that to 60... it will have serious turbo lag

  20. that dude charges up to 5000 quid for a car wash and hes bought a vauxhall astra!
  21. i prefer the 95 spec spoiler... though i dont mind the 89 spec spoiler with the brakelight removed, tidies it up a lot...
  22. kin ell! i thought my car looked clean with a quick bucket and sponge wash the other day!
