  3. hmmm insteresting! this would keep me startling about for hours, one of those really annoying headf**ks lol ;)
  4. sure do boss! was at singapore technologies at bournemouth airport for 3 years... but b4 that i was @ fls aerospace, stansted, the very same hangar srt bought off them!
  5. welcome to the club matey... check out our buying guide so your really clued up... also as your now a subscibed member im sure there will be people local to you that are more than willing to help you. as said, i wouldnt disregard a jdm model as they really are so much cleaner, i just got 1 fresh off the boat and it is immaculate structurally! its all the areas 'out of view' that generally cause the problems! and if its for insurance reasons i sold a uk version to get the jdm and my insurance went up 8 pounds! lol :) good luck... btw, theres a guy on here from previous for sale posts called 3ooz xxx, he is in belfast but his car seems a tidy uk example. if he gets his price he will deliver it to the english shores. might be worth a poke if your willing to travel ;)
  6. LoLness! just make sure you put everything in the right place, with all this goin on i dont want you shoving a manual box up your wif.... nothing! :x: :wack: and whats more, alloy wheel cleaner doesnt make good suntan lotion!
  7. new boat huh... nice, sum1s soaking up the pennies ;) so work is good then? you have the same business that you were trading on here with?... sorry lets not fill this post up with banter!... go to my new zed post ;)
  8. lol the zed is your little run around! i was the same with the auto/manual thing... i always wanted a manual but i eventually settled for an auto... i spent 2 years zedding in an auto until recently i decided to sell up and buy a manual. now i know what iv been missing for these 2 years, such a better drive! dont hang about get yourself down to paul@swz and get a manual conversion, you wont regret it.. worth every penny too, you will prolly add the price of the conversion to the market value of your car so you can convince the mrs that its an investment ;) quite a few about at the mo so get in there my friend! Joel.
  9. welcome back dude... how long you been back in a zed?

yeah that would be good. with all the local meets on it too as i like to travel about to different regions. it would be nice to have one quick reference calendar for all the meets :) though i suppose we could just make one up ourselves though! you want to do it Deve8uk? ;)
  12. hello and welcome to the club buddy... is that the rat i see? bought from a certain... peach? edit: indeed it is i see your name is nathan, i remember peach saying that a nathan bought his car :) very nice example matey, well done ;)
  13. positive! ...if it was an easyjet or several other well known commercial and freight operators that i maintain, i would go red from my heart up, my jaw would probably drop, there would be a very high possibility of feinting and an equally high consideration for leaving the country to escape manslaughter charges and god knows what else! and... if any1 on here just so happened to be on an easyjet a319 a few weeks back that had a double engine shutdown in flight and luckily was still just close enough to glide back to stansted and land safely, that was pilot error! the aircraft was quaruntined by the air accident investigation bureau and we were investigated... i wont go into details but the pilot forgot to select a switch b4 take off resulting in total loss of thrust... which is not too good when your not touching the ground as i dont believe the AA have setup an aviation division yet!! the pilot was 'asked to leave'! this is the first time in 9 yrs of working on these kites that i positively shat myself, hearing that a kite i was working on less than an hour ago nearly wiped out 'lots' of people! thankfully aircraft are fitted with whats called an FDR (Flight Data Recorder) so the aaib were able to find the offending problem swiftly. these things are practically bomb proof and are almost always salvageable from a wreckage. it will not be long at all before all manufacturers of cars will have to install a similar system in the production. this will be a great advance when it comes to accident investigation but it will probably advance too much and become capable of autmated issue of speeding tickets :( kin ell im waffling on, has any1 actually read this, iv just looked back over it and it looks like an essay
  14. thinking of selling up again bud? sorry, didnt mean to shake up your awkward situation!
  15. its not just the side windows that illuminate... it has an illuminating rear centre panel!
  16. before any1 says anything... i didnt touch it!
  17. mine always reads full... i have a towbar and i tow a fuel bowser behind me
  18. couldnt be assed to trawl through to see what was already said so sorry if this is a repeat... you raise me up... in my pants westlife!
  19. i wouldnt buy that 1, its nearly out of fuel!
  20. il take some snaps 2moro in the sun, though i can show you a little snippet photo of a little gadget it has now its dark... its on the rear quarter glass at the bottom!
  21. probably not athene, it already has r34 skyline wheels on it which suit the car and the colour well. so i think il sell my 18s and get some 19s when i get a colour change.
  22. LOLness!  for a uk model (overall :p ) it was! i didnt think it was too bad for a 15yr old car tbh but this new one proved that wrong... it does make what i thought was a reasonable car look like a mess. the guy who bought my car was a trader and apparently knew what he was looking for. im also using it to convince myself that it was the right thing to do as it was a hard thing to do watching some1 else drive away in your pride and joy, so i convince myself that my old one was the worst car money can buy and it makes me feel better. have i escaped from my hole or am i still diggin ;)
  23. why thankyou, a second welcoming... in fact, i dont think i got a welcoming when i bought my first 1 :(
  24. indeed, il change the colour one day so that i get more bhp.. the red slows it down no end!
