these ebay short shifters iv just noticed, come with the shaft and gearknob attached, any1 know if the knob can be removed and replaced with the standard one?

its a really uniform coating though, not so much on the sides just on surfaces where it can settle. il give it a whirl :)

i polished the zed yesterday as it had what i thought was a lot of road film and greasy spots on it... only this morning i go out there to find its re-covered in these small stubburn sticky spots that i have to scrub like fook to get it off... my first question is, wtf is it? i dont park under a tree but i park near this bush... ... my second question is... what do i use to get it off? a clay bar or an electric polisher... etc? cheerZ Joel.

very good cars mate... if you do get it chipped, get it done properly! plenty of companies out there do it and its totally reversable if you require. the whole range have the same engine and the only difference is the chip map so you can be safe in the know that your engine is still running well within its safe capabilties. :)

sorry mate, i meant external black trim... the plastic bits such as window seals etc :)

oh right... cheerZ bud, thought it was only the late zeds that were fitted with those... nice :) gonna cut out the orage reflector in 2moro and put in a silvertec orange bulb

it has the sidelight in the foglamp housing which works fine but this bulb doesnt illuminate when you turn on the sidelights so im not sure... the bulb is too big for a sidelight too, its the same size is the indicator bulb!

Gave the zed a polish today in the sunshine and made a load of white marks on the black trim... does any1 have any handy hints of how to restore the trim or shall i just use back to black? cheerZ

he did, he sold that 1 last year... then he got withdrawal symptoms and bought another... it looked just like that 1, had numerous amounts of problems with it though and i think it put him off zeds again :(

will yours be all blinged up by then?
