  4. Have you bought a 'cheap' ebay type oil sandwich plate and were the results ok? I personally bought a 25 quid ebay jobbie and the unoin supplied was too chunky to allow the seals to properly seat on the filter housing... it pissed my nice nice 5 litres of silkolene all over jimmers workshop floor :( !!

  7. the tbdev stansted services meet seems to be attracting a fair crowd from the se crew neil... us zedders have been convoying from there to a local pub for food and drinks. might be worth taking advantage of these meets to gather peoples attention. im waiting for the next date to be announced for it where i will post details of a pub we will go to... the last 1 had a HUGE car park but the food was not up to scratch!.. and it gave zairs table rage where he tried to kill his mrs... she was covered in blood :smw:
  8. heres a good webby for trying on rota wheels...
  9. this car is rapidly climbing notches on my forum 'cool' car list! that looks the nuts... styling wise... 99 spec front, 99 spec rear lights, job done imo! and i agree, space those rims out a bit
  10. 5000 are 2 piece... alluminium hat etc... lighter and better thermal dissipation properties :D
  11. happy birthday matey
  12. Does any1 have an idea of the ride comfort (lets base it on spring rate?) comparitively for the ground control coilovers and tein s tech springs? The tein spring rates are documented and dont look too 'back breaking' (200lbin front and 190lbin rear) but the gc setup, that i could find, is not printed. Madmarco is running a gc setup and he says its not bad too drive but is 'stiff', though i understand that gc have several different applications depending on what the customer desires... Has any1 experienced or can you shed some light on the differences between the 2 setups? Im currently running kyb agx and eibach set to mid settings for general road and motorway use... the ride comfort is excellent but the ride height looks naff so i want something a little more aggressive without sacrificing 'too' much comfort.
  13. bit of a random place for a help and advice thread? ... paul@swz should be able to get you an injector...
