  5. they have now been in contact and have apologised for the delay... they have a long break for independance day but it seems back to normal now... they are dealing with my queries.
  6. from some of the paypal horror stories iv heard and experienced... id say your lucky! 25p down and the prospect of free postage on the item you tried to buy... things could be worse! :D
  7. iv used z1 several times and have been most impressed... packing is good and shipping is speedy. though i never had a problem with the parts (touches wood)... however, iv been enquiring about buying my next lot of goodies and have a query on something. i emailed them via the site contact mail system... no reply! so i send a message to the parts@z1 mail with my query... no reply... after sending my 3rd the other day with still no reply i cannot be assed with them! they obviously dont want my money lol... czp will have to get the business instead. as said, it seems customer service isnt on the list of their priorities, they are happy to take the money if you send it, otherwise, forget it
  8.:rofl::rofl: she can do mine... mine is always a mess!
  9. copy n paste from z1 matey... it also says... 'Some additional parts aren't always, but may be neccessary during your timing belt service depending on the condition of existing components such as timing belt idler pulleys or even VTC gears.' i know nik is only changing his cambelt due to it being quite a long time since it was last done, though hes done very little mileage in it since. so i think the bare minimum will prolly suffice... :nelson: :p
  10. il try and get there for about 1... mind you.. its pis$ing it down outside :(
  11. he only wants you to give it to him paul ;)
  12. im up for meeting @ matching green... what time does it start/finish steve?

  14. halfway house it is... dt is crap anyway LOL
  15. i agree matey... so when chosing an aftermarket brake setup, we would need to weigh up whether setup gives a close match to stock brake bias. if not, it can have an adverse affect on braking performance? alternatively find a way to change the bias. imo, the brake torque needs to be worked out from whatever aftermarket brake setup is going to be fitted and also the brake torque from the stock setup, then bias adjustments may be needed to be made to retain the correct bias. or am i reading between the lines or just reading far too much into it?
  16. so i need to find out the difference between the zed brake bias and the evo bias otherwise the balance could be right up poo creek!
  17. 10 years of hardwork and graft :( needs must i suppose... best of luck with the interview. you never know... a change like this might open a whole new world of opportunties.
  18. have you inspected the steering u/j's and rack bushings?
