  1. I'd be sure to leave the fuel pump fuse out on first crank to build up the oil pressure and get it around the engine before the big fire up.
  2. I always fancied getting a mahoosive tank and have been very tempted on several occasions, but where I display it is the perfect size for the tank on its stand. I've also been tempted by a marine setup but I'm happy with the ease of maintenance that comes with this one. It probably needs around 30-60 mins of my time, per month, all in to keep it looking great. Maybe this should be your next venture...
  3. I've had a fresh water tropical fish tank for nearly 15 years now. Fairly easy to maintain, not a very big tank, just 125 litres (Juwel Rio 125). I follow the juwel service schedule and buy a job lot of filters/treatments etc annually for the best price, at the time, online which is normally around £120.
  4. I'd say it was extremely labour intensive! What bigger job is there than taking everything off 2 cars, transferring over to one and making all good again. Why are you considering a reshell, do you have rust issues?
  5. Your biggest issue is 2 dogs I found. Most places only allow 1, best to plead ignorance on that one, beg for forgiveness rather than permission!
  6. Haha! Happy birthday me old mukka x
  7. The file name 'vh45de.jpg' was a small clue
  8. They must be 12" wide?
  9. I also use the eagle f1's. Currently on the asymmetric 2 version and agree they are a very good tyre. However, I can't see them being a massive amount different to the T1R's, so based on Brian's post, I would be choosing between the 2 offerings that Jaffa suggested.
  10. They sell the wiring specialities loom? I think they are or have enquired about becoming a club trader...
  11. You can go on Friday, your mrs won't mind as it's just a normal day! Besides, it's only up the road from Yeovil!
  12. Happy birthday matey x
  13. Sounds like R888 tyres are the way forward for you Brian. Although try adjusting the pressure of your T1R's and see what results your get, what px do you have them at now?
  14. Haha awesome story!
  15. Unfortunately, he's not with us anymore :(
  16. I thought they were part of the main lens and if they were missing then they're broken?
  17. I offered to go and view this for you on your original thread but you must've missed it?
  18. Good point, I didn't have my coilovers on when I fitted mine. I had adjustable shocks and lowered springs so I guess the job they do was more apparent.
  19. He says not but when I fitted mine they made a significant difference :)
  20. True, but 150mph in a Rover is quite impressive!
  21. By the way, you're a brave man with your robin reliant style axle standage!
