how bad are emissions mate ? Take the tickover up a tad and remove EGR vacumn hose if its still got egr ? (cant remember)

start it up leave it running until warm then slowly increase the revs to 2k for about 5 secs and it should clear. If no good repeat a couple of times.

change the flange that fits behind the centre bearing as they all fit each other and is the quickest and easiest way to do it
