thats why its easier sometimes to put a generic picture. Everyone makes mistakes perhaps he forgot or perhaps he just assumed nobody would mind as long as they received the correct item. I have done it alot but can see why people would prefer to see the exact item they are buying. I would.:oops:

check the crank pulley and water pump pulleys. change the starter as its easy and go from there if i were you

I have the kit and the car but still not sure if i wanna go for it or not. I am taking out the forged tt lump with headgasket failure and fitting a new little 500bhp unit :rockon: but shall i wide arch it at the same time.Also has anyone got a wide arch with a 99 spec front ? thanks :thumbup:

you must be the new funky si :tt2: agreed its better to use exact pictures of the item your selling but when you have so many zed parts its better for people to ask you for what they want rather than what you list if you know what i mean. as for hear say and what people get told ! im not on here anymore to defend myself much so am unfortunately open to idle gossip :chris:

but the point being if he sends the correct part he is advertising nobody should be particularly interested in the picture as the average person wouldnt know it was not the right photo ! unless you were being picky :-(

jon is one of the only ecu peeps i know who understands and does the maps himself instead of just copying other peoples ;-)

just to add i sell lots of parts for 99p on ebay and dont need to bid them up as there useless just sat in my workshop. I still have friends from the zed world and am not in business working on zeds but still sell bits i have lying around and help alot of people out. I dont come on here anymore as i get wound up so find its easier to stay away which is a shame because this used to be a great place with great people. A few people are still here and know who they are :-)
