All zeds are undersealed the same - Jap and UK Majority of Imports I see are like new underneath. Majority of UK's I see are ready for the scrapyard or have been repaired before. But then also seen some really bad Imports (been in country long time) and great UK cars (garaged, never winter driven..etc).
