Should I send him a letter back, either from a solicitor or I thought a letter offering as a good will guesture £50 refund for him or would that show I'm guilty?

Gents, 2 weeks ago I advertised a Porsche dashboard for sale on eBay, it didn't sell but someone watching it on eBay contacted me and made an offer, He asked about the dash if it was in good nick or had been repaired, I replied that it had come straight out of a car that was having a suade dash fitted instead, I sent him plenty of pictures, also said I would prefer him to come and view before he picked it but he couldn't so he agreed he was happy with the pictures Now after he has had the dash and two weeks after he is saying the dash is in bad nick not as described and wanting his money back, I replied saying that it was sold as seen, and that I had done everything possible to help sending all pictures to view, and I hadno idea of the history of the dash and would prefer you to view it A week later and this morning a letter arrived at my doorstep saying I will be taken to small claims court for him to recover his £125 and travelling costs What should I do? Very nicley done there matey, looks quite modern a nd stunning, I was thinking the same thing as i have the strosec rear with the fiat coupe rear lights and the back looks just a plain red, my idea was just putting a sheet of carbon over the back but hey you have put pedal to the metal and gone forward and by god the results speaks for itself well done

Ha Ha im sure it would add to the suspense, something more were not sure of is where the lpg garages are about europe on our trip a on petrol in the lexus we wont get very far with our 4.0l being very thirsty lol

The cambelt was done at 69k the millage is 140k now lexus say the cambelt is 100k but only in the uk its 60k this is a very expensive job to do not sure if its worth doing as a snapper is unheard also were out of the uk LOL!! plugs may be worth doing and maybe even the ht leads and the disks require skimming or replacing, also an oil change and all filters require doing would you guys do the camblet?

Gents When I came to work the other day I found that eBay was blocked also anything to do with internet auctions like sniping websites Is there anyway I can watch eBay at work have heard of people say they can log into there pc from home is that possible? Please someone safe me from my dilemma

Gents I'm doing the motorscape rally to prauge in Sept and I've been offered a v8 Lpg Lexus ls400 for under £500 The owner said he did 270 miles on £36 worth of Lpg its a 70l tank in the boot Is this Lexus really as cheap to run on Lpg as I'm lead to believe?

Ah so I won't be hearing from the dvla then that's good I had visions of a 1k fine will be changing the number plate this week

Gents Just been stopped for my reg. DEW1 4P The 1 was 10mm too close to the dew Now no warning given just a straight 60quid fine but what got me was he said was That he had to report the reg to the dvla and they could fine me now for 1k and take my number off me Will this happen even though its my first offence?
