  1. I said you could have velour, which is what he has in that PIC. I could be mistaken about the kick plated by I have never seen a legitimate illuminated 300zx one, they are usually 350z bolt ons or aftermarket ones
  2. Was the whole reason you wanted a slicktop was to bolt a roof scoop onto the top :D
  3. Why not as in... go buy another one right now :D
  4. Illuminated kick plates and alcantara seats are both aftermarket, i expect you'll be looking for one with the leather seats or the velour trim. You could probably pick one up for 4K but it won't be mint condition.
  5. But they are close enough to it with OEM body's (bumpers) where dasstech has a completely aftermarket body. Which is what Si is leading to I think
  6. Did you buy that cut out or did someone make it for you?
  7. No, I wouldn't change the bumper specifically, but it was just my opinion that I like the jap one better. The smoked 99spec will definitely make it look more modern :)
  8. I know i'm very late to this thread but i do think that the spoiler suits the bumper/diffuser. Are you going to change either of them? Most of this thread is about UK vs jap bumpers, but everyone is delusional as the Jap one is clearly better looking :P
  9. Damn, just found that my exam dates are the week after that so i wont have time to go :S Soz Chris, though im sure we can arrange some meet another time on the other thread :thumbup1: (remove me from reserves)
  10. I'm pretty sure that they said a variety with some including slicktops verts and some missed examples etc so you should still put your name down if you can come :thumbup1:
  11. There is not a tutorial as such but there are discussions about it, the stock ECUs can be remapped but you were right about bang on in your first post, with upping the boost, exhaust, intake injectors fuel rails etc you would be looking at 400-450. Turbonoz will probably give you more specific stats.
  12. I don't have many obtrusive mods on my car but you can put me down for a 'maybe'
  13. Don't worry Jeff, it was a joke. I didn't actually think it was you :pinch:
  14. Why weren't you doing donuts?
  15. Even the Recaros?
  16. Mr Perfect Interior
  17. There is also one on a car for sale from a member of this club if you want to give him a message. His name is Laner64 (Ben) and his for sale is https://www.gumtree.com/p/nissan/nissan-fairlady-z-300zx-twin-turbo/1150021542 (i don't know why he took the pictures of the interior down but if you want i can give you a picture of it)
  18. http://www.hidenseat.co.uk/pricelist.php Mondo's pricings are £925 unless he is going to tell you otherwise :pinch:
  19. There might be a problem with that driving logistic for about a year... Also how do tax and insurance work when you go to another country??
  20. I know that there will be many more people there other than the obvious poll at the beginning, but half the reason I would be going is to meet and talk to the members on here... Who have said they won't be going. Let's say I will probably still go, probably bring a friend along because otherwise my Z would only be out about 3 times in the year :)
  21. DVLA says it is registered as a silver car
  22. The thing is if he is breaking it, he will subscribe for a whole year with membership etc and only get a month out of it selling parts and then never coming back so might be a waste. Maybe he could negotiate paying the £10 renewal fee and not getting the membership pack?
