His speeds came off a newer 300zx so they already had the rails in lol I don't know if the rails off the stock recaros (not from a Z) were the same though

These are the recaros Dutchgold is talking about from the 300zx/evo4 if you haven't seen them before from Mondo's Z (Not stock fabric of course)

Do the hood scoops go somewhere or are they glued onto the bonnet? Must be good fuse box coolers

How do i know :rofl: I just read something a while ago about that as a reason why the rb26 is a popular engine and platform

I heard that rb26s have iron blocks so can handle more boost pressure on stock internals.

Shame it doesnt have the VE30DETT in but i suppose the rb26 will handle more boost.

The only thing i don't like about it is that it will leave this ledge which you can't fill in if you use carbon fiber, but its not the end of the world.

I will disagree. Called it :D I think the type 3 goes well with the diffuser and just breaks up the lines a bit, but if you are going for a stockish shape (like Si's) then I can understand it would look out of place.

If you wanted something more aggressive you could try a type 3, but i can tell Si will disagree :)

After seeing this in another thread i think the central20 spoilers look quite neat... if you can swallow the £650 price without shipping :P (link: https://www.vividracing.com/catalog/central-rear-wing-rear-spoiler-nissan-300zx-9096-p-150762378.html ) This is assuming that it will fit a swb, but it does look like it does.

For some more ideas i think the throttle cover and/or radiator shroud would really make the engine bay much nicer.

Thoughts? 99 spec lol If your centre panel is still stock then gloss black would look better IMO, but if you wrap the centre also it would look good
