  6. LMFAO!! anyone in particular waz????? :D
  7. didnt even know the zeds had bulb failure monitoring  any way, if its like the merc system, then even the wrong wattage bulb will cause it to detect a fault, ie 10w sidelight where it should be a 5w etc, or a poor contact. also check the "condition" of the bulbs, one that has gone black or silver can affect the current draw too. hth
  8. a 165? you thinking of fitting fiesta tyres to your zed?? less MASS huh? good thinking!! :D
  9. lol, so you need a crossover cable!! got it! (only 1, not 3!) :D

  11. if your only connecting 2 pc's ie directly together, no hub, then you need a crossover cable/connector. thats all you need

  14. could poss sort something out, once you know exactly what you want let me know. I may be able to sort some of it out outside work hours, but i dont get too involved these days cos 1, its to fecking cold outside & 2, I get precious little free time anyway so it may have to be done at work (I aint doing a clutch on my back on axle stands anyway!!) our labour rate is £55 ph + vat, i may be able to wangle a bit of discount on that tho for ya. any way, let me know what you decide

no, with the flap pushed forwards it only needs something behind just to flick it out. you can actually push it in at the front of the flap at the same time as pushing it to the front to lever it open.

  22. just been recommended Sussex Autos for auto box needs. not used them personally, so cant really comment. £800 +vat for ours it seems (recon box) dunno if its any use to anyone
  23. yes, the car is in safety, sorry, STANDARD ( ;) ) boost when cold (7psi) you only get full boost when its warm. the standard boost gauge is well known for its innacuracy, so for a true reading you need an aftermarket one. just 1 thing: are you taking the piss!!???? :D
  24. depends if you really want to keep the car, if you still like the car but want a fresher look, then do it!! it'l look better than any Supra & you know the condition of your own car, no going through that sorting-out-another-vgc-car-that-needs-sorting-still stage  if you plan on selling in a couple of years anyway then maybe think twice - but still do it!! :D
