course its a petrol!! i meant only the diesel engines in the merc range use turbos :slap: oh, & the new V8 diesel has a huuuuuuuuuuuuuge amount of torque, right from low down too ;)

white smoke is usually water, either condensation which is unavoidable, or coolant, ie head gaskets other possibility, although rare, is brake fluid if the seals in the master cyl have gone

BTW, had a SL55 AMG in today. now that IS the mutts :D outruns the Diablo!!!!! :cool:

erm, merc dont do a turbo petrol engine!! the CL600 is a V12 normally asperated engine the AMG55 is a supercharged V8 no turbos, only on the diesels :slap: both 4.8secs 0-60. still dont feel as quick as my zed tho ;) :D

I have the JWT filter on my car from Courtesy, which AFAIK is the same as the K&N.

John - like I said, that is the track ROD, not the track rod END!! ;) look here, they refer to it as a tie rod in the manual, but it shows how its assembled.

quite a few manufacturers actually supply the track rod as a seperate part, not done one on a zed, but generally once the boots off, they just unscrew. :)

rear camber is adjustable, front is not as standard. if you need to adjust the front camber you will have to buy a spacer kit that fits behind the top arm, or replace the top arm with adjustable type ones

oh thats it, wait for the cheeky wind up guinea pig to kill his turbo's 1st :D i'll do it if you all have a whip round for some of smiffy's hybrids if my turbo's do go ;) :dance:
