if youre not sure on the plug & dont want to pay out for a set then swap the plug over like you did with the coil! ;)

i think more of the problem is due to dosh. Skyline GTr's cost some serious dosh. if you can afford to buy one, then you can probably afford to blow loads of money on tuning it for some serious power. the zed is a bloody bargain for what it is, & us zed owners (well, most of us) dont have that amount of money to spend on tuning!! lets wait until Macca gets his dynoed before we rule out the zed as a big bhp machine here in the UK ;) :cool:

dont get me wrong, mr nomates. i love my car. its the best car out there for the money IMO. if i didnt think that i wouldnt have bought one. its just not a "supercar" in the same sense of the word that a Diablo or a F40 etc is. its a damn nice performance car tho :cool:

TBH jezz, as much as i love my zed, i dont consider it a "supercar" LOL nor do i consider the supra, 3000gt, skyline, rx7 etc etc supercars! its never gonna be a lambo/ferrari alternative, is it?? :rolleyes: as nice, & as quick, & as powerful as a z32 is, its a mass produced car. & if it was a choice between that & a diablo then theres not gonna be a lot of choice in it for me (if i could afford to keep one on the road that is!) hell, even the early lamborghinis were only considered "GT's", until the Muira came out that is

I used to work for Forte'. its one of the better treatments out there IMO. i have had good results with it. when you say a sticking valve, do you mean the hydraulic lifter is sticking? if so then yes, id try a flush.

LOL!! that explains the hot weather were having lately!! i can get fined, or even imprisoned just for gassing a car back up with R12 nowdays!

geoff - i guess the people that say things like that dont actually have a lightened flywheel!! i dont think ive spoke to 1 person that has one that complains about such things!! on a zed at least, you seem to get all the benefits without any real noticable downside. :)

the mongoose is not very loud either - which is one of the reasons i got it!! i had a Golf GTi with a loud system on, pissed me off after a while & i put it back to stock!! LOL the mongoose has a nice tone without being too loud IMO

thats what i thought kirbz id check with the ins co to be sure!

shipping is around $40 IIRC, so its worth getting a few bits - service stuff, PCV valves hoses etc etc
