you can check the O2 sensors are working with either a Conzult or going into ECU diagnostic mode 2 (check the online manual)

you could just refix it with a few self tapping screws & washers if need be :)

at the front? cam pulley seals?

if you know the cam cover gaskets are leaking then it could just be a build up thats running down on to the hot manifolds
