duff O2 sensors can cause this, you can check them with a conzult or by doing into diagnostic mode 2 on the ecu. plugs are worth doing, esp if you dont know when they were done last. clean/replace the engine temp sensor & harness also clean the connector to the AFM, or try swapping one if poss same with the plug connectors to the injectors, if they have corroded you can buy kits to solder into the loom

we had a guy do this on a merc, needed a new battery, alternator, ABS ECU, engine ECU, wiring harness etc etc. check the main wiring feeds & earths 1st to see if theyve melted
