think the original metallic black was like an onyx colour (like mine). the laters ones were more gloss.

I used to really fancy a wide arched Astra mkII when I was 16-17yrs old but never bought modifier mags. Always stuck with Car, Performance Car and Autocar. I guess in the back of my mind even then I'd realised that £20k spent modifying a car is not as good as buying a car that is already worth £20k.

thanks for the help guys. I've not changed the oil since I've had it but will keep an eye on things. the cars going in for a service next week so will see what they find.

when I had the tracking checked this morning, I had a look under the car. There is some oil weep and stain at the back of the engine where the oil filter is, I couldn't determine where the oil was coming from. It doesn't (hopefully) seem too serious as no drips fell and my driveway is oil free. Anyone know where it may be leaking from and if it's potentially disastrous. cheers for any info.
