How about these ebay item 4642445044 i have just fitted these along with 3g 20 groove discs all round and they are great.

Look at me being a dumb ass, and my exhaust was the only thing i did'nt reasearch, serves me right i suppose. So does every exhaust in japan have to meet the jasma noise standard? and have a plate on the rear box to say it passed? Is there anyway i can find out what exhaust it is then because i did'nt see any other name or markings on exept the Jasma plate on the rear box. cheers

Apparently this is because the figures were taken in 4th gear, it's a 1:1 ratio which gives more accurate figures. so i was told.

Hi everyone, I Took my Z for a dyno the other day and i have to say i was pleasently suprised, especially with the Torque figure. here is the spec: Jwt stage 1 chip! 1.0mm boost jets Blitz cone air filter Jasma Racing exhaust cat back Injen polished hard pipe kit Forge Motorsport dump valves 3g 20 groove discs black diamond preadator pads Hks peak hold boost gauge 348.8 Bhp at the fly. :hyper: 289.5 Bhp at the wheels. :hyper: 363 Ft/lb Torque :hyper: 14 Psi boot peak settles at 13 Psi boost. :dance: :dance: :dance: And It passed the Mot this week with flying colours, i was worried about the emmisions test but i was amazed at the results, Co was 1.847 and Hc was 205. So overall Zed wise it's been a pretty good week, just got to find the time now to pop the roof off and enjoy what sun were getting.

I went for black diamond preadator pads & 3g 20 groove brake discs all round and i find this a great setup on my zed.

This is deffo the balancing i had the tracking/rear camber done at protyre and my wheels balanced at save on tyres last week then went on a 350 mile journey only to have major vibrations throught the steering wheel between 50 and 120 mph, I had the front wheels re-balanced when i got back and they were only 5 grams out from perfect, went for a spin and it was perfect, like driving a new car. :dance: . Hi Just cruising ebay and came across this CLICK HERE has anyone ever tried a set of these? How do they comare to bailey or hks dump valves, any opinions would be great because i think i might buy a set I like the look of them, they're going to be fitted just before the throttle bodies and gonna look cool. Because im fitting them at the throttle bodies on the inlet pipes what will i need to completely remove the old re`circs and blank off if necessary? Cheers Jay

Hi well I finally got hold of a working used Tps this week coz mine was cracked, i got chance to have a go at fitting it tonight all went great, mounted it pluged it in, connected datascan, ignition on and set the tps at 0.44v only to find that the tps was open at 0.44v, and the Egr sol was off. So what i did then was adjust the Tps until it was closed, when i reached this point the Tps was reading 0.30v-0.32v and the Egr sol was on, so i started her up to see what happend and it idled fine with the Tps set at 0.32v + Egr sol on and the AAC was 24 then changed to 12 after i went for a spin round the block, the only differnce i noticed that wasn't there before is that when id come to a junction and put my foot on the clutch to cruise the revs would drop to 300rpm - 500 rpm then jump back up to 900rpm or so then settled at around 750rpm, same would happen if i high revved n let off the throttle. The problem is i know the Tps should be at around 0.44v, Will my Tps being set at 0.32 cause any problems or damage to my Zed. Cheers Guys wicked site, I couldn't live without it now. Hi Guys, I spoke to norwich union a few days ago and faxed the nissan estimate repair to them, they said it would probably be a writeoff, and i would be able to buy me zed back for 15% of the current market value!. They are using the Auto Trader to get a valuation on my zed, is this right?. My car has not been checked over mechanicaly yet & norwich union have not sent an assessor to look at it so TBH im a bit miffed as to what they are playing at.

I was involved in an RTA last week where a rover of all things drove straight through a give way into the side of my zed, I have notified my insurance company (A-PLAN) they spoke to the other parties insurer (Norwich Union) who requested that i call them direct as they have admitted 100% liability for the accident and said it would be easier n quicker if i dealt with them direct , so far i have been sent to physiotherapy for the whiplash & back pains, and they have given me a brand new mercedes hire car, Norwich union told me to go get a couple of quotes and i have had my car assessed by Nissan dealer in Plymouth who gave an estimate of £5033.90 to do all body work and paint etc, But my worry is that the hicas light comes on intermittently and there is major vibrations at all speeds now and it feels like he passanger front wheel is loose if that makes sense, maybe something to do with the suspension!. The problem is i've been told to get a 4 wheel alignment check to see if the chassis/suspension etc is out, is this correct? will a 4 wheel check highlight all the mechanical problems there may be?. Norwich union say i can take the car to any repair centre but they all seem to concentrate on bodywork & not mechanical side of things, does anyone know of a repair centre in plymouth or close that i can trust to assess or carry out the work to my zed? any info help would be greatly appreciated my zed is my life and id hate to see it go.....thanks Jay

Im defenitely up for this, my older brother only 29 has lymphona cancer and we just had the news today that it's come back after 8 aggressive kimo treatments which finished 7 weeks ago, He is allowed 2 final powerfull doses of kimo but first they have to remove his stem cells so the kimo does'nt kill them, then put them back in after! then he has to have bone marrow transplant so me and my little brother and sister all have to go in for a compatability test, I just hope to fu**ing god that one of us is a match, because they have said that there is nothing more they can do after that and give him 6 months if it doesnt work, and he's got a huge fu**ing lump growing on the side of his neck which makes it difficult for him to breath, this lump appeared overnight (lastnight). :cry: :cry: . I really dont know what to think at the moment my heads all over the place, I don't know wheather to cry or scream or fill the Z with juice and take it out on the A38, thats what i used to do years ago to clear my head, but I don't think it's going to work this time somhow, It's just something that i've got to deal with now, but im up for any ideas you guys have just pm me.....
