Noisy lifters?

Turbo intake silicone hose
I saw one on ebay a bit ago now. It was a red silicon one. Looked good to be honest. But I have only ever seen one. Keep your eyes peeled aha

Problems still there
Well. Took it to mike at outlaw customs and he had a listen. Laughed. Then said don't worry. It's the crank angle sensor. There's like 500 holes and some will be clogged up. That's what that small miss is. He told me not to worry about it. It's common.

I tried to do a compression test but I couldn't do it aha. I'm pants. I did a smoke test which showed smoke was coming out of the drivers side recirculation valve. Also on the Stoke boost gauge the needle is a bit further away from the left "7"

Ok well I have had a brand new engine harness put on. Sorted a lot of problems out but the rough idle is still there. Absolutely fine when driving but at idle the drivers side exhaust seems to stumble a lot more than the passenger side. Also at cold start the drivers side is smoking a bit (white). Any ideas now? I have: Changed maf New electrical harness Egr bypass Water bypass. New injectors

Fuel pump leak
Hey everyone. Came home from work and I could smell fuel. Big style. Further inspection there was fuel on the outside of the fuel tank. So I took the fuel pump plate off and there were left overs from fuel there. So the fuel under pressure has come past the upper part of the fuel pump. 3 of the bolts seem to have lost their thread. Don't know how. What's the best way to go about this? Cheers

Hey guys two questions here... how could you tell if your fuel pump is on its way out? Smoke tested my zed aswell... found the recirculation valve is leaking... would it cause much of a problem?

Well. Cleaned car out today, same old same old. I suspected I had a vacuum leak due to when I change gear at high boost it sounds like a small blow off valve. I was listening earlier at idle and there is a hissing noise from the left side under the two big boost pipes. Looks like the big plastic pipe. Will update :)

twin turbo clutch
What you mean by oem exedy? :) Any recollection I use competition clutch. As a brand. Their 4 puck stage 5 clutch was a direct fit. I had a stage 2 exedy clutch but it didn't fit :S

Yes mate. However car still has bad idle where the note in the exhaust breaks. But I have had all new injectors and connectors :)

Nice one Noz. Thankyou it has a performance chip on the ecu but god knows what's on it.

02 voltage and injector fire rate?
Quicky guys... what is an ideal voltage for the O2 sensors at idle? Also the injector fire rate. On my digital gauge/computer I have in the car it reads inj 1: 2.7m/sec ... inj 2: 2.5m/sec. My question for the injectors is. Should they fire at exactly the same rate... later during acceleration inj 1 went to 10.7 while inj 2 went to 14.0. Could this be dodgy mapping as the injectors are only two years old.

Update on the situation :). Sorted it. Some of the boost pipes wernt supported so at high boost they just opened at the ends. All done now and a nice stable boost :D

Might also be a good point that my fmic has a large dint in it... and I mean. Large. Isn't loosing any air but the air flow will not be straight through. It will bend round...
