Hi chaps, I find when the car has warmed up n I boot it a little, by the time its running at normal/warm temp it is not as responsive. It has higher rpm i (1000ish) and no error codes, def is not detting when warmed up. when I rev it it also takes a fraction longer for the needle to drop! any help would be great. Thanks G

Guys, Car is jacked up at the moment - Im changing the shocks....prob is I cant release the front springs!! the bolt holding them just will not undo:( im using a grip spanner to hold the top of the thread and a 17mm to loosen it but it just does not move!! Anyone done this b4!?!? Thanks G

Hi Vijay, I suppose it has really. Its been in and out of body shops and def been on stands. So yes. The shock arm is visible more so than the drivers side, dont know if that means anything. I've ordered springs off Mike (MJP) as Im going to lower it. but if the shocks is the prob i'll need to order a new set of them too??

Can any1 help please? My passenger side rear suspension is approx 20mm higher. I believe this has only recently occured! Has it got something to do with my handbrake? Its a UK spec model and I recall some1 mention you can adjust the stiffness on UK cars using the H/brake?? HELP!

cheers Ed, Fortunately the door card is off and I have access to the mechanism as I just finished installing it today. The prob is although I can push down the handle latch, the door doesn't open for some reason?? I think this happens if the door is looked by the key, however as the handle is no longer there..all the connecting rods have also been taken off!! I've been tearing my hear out pushing and pulling on the door mechanism latches still no joy.. Cheers G

To All, I need some help with my drivers side door....This may make a few of you chuckle but I de-handled my door and installed a solenoid. I got it to work great but for some silly reason I was messing around with the door latch and when I shut the door, although the solenoid works and IS catching, It doesnt open!! Normally when this happens you can often push a few latches etc and hey presto....it opens but no joy...could it be a faulty door lock mech...?I know it is not the solenoid, I can manually push the door latch... Help! regards, G
